المستخلص: This study seeks to understand the concept of globalization and its implications for Arab society and to achieve this goal; the following fundamental questions must be answered:
What is the concept of globalization? What are its implications for education in the Arab world? What are the features of the Arab education crisis in light of the new challenges of globalization? How can globalization be tackled by educational? The study produced a number of results which can be summarized as in the following:
Globalization is a new order, driven by enormous human ambitions that transcend national and religious boundaries. It seeks to create a free human with a democratic vision who communicates with others, bridge relationships with each other, and exchange ideas and knowledge through productive dialogue. It also seeks to contribute to the creation of an open and cohesive society.
This meaning may be different from the Islamic concept, which aims to create an intellectual atmosphere among all peoples. This concept is based on high values and brotherhood. It also aims to organize human life in a fair, comprehensive, and universal manner.
Therefore, it is difficult to imagine the new form that education will take in the Arab world. Also, it is difficult to identify the parameters of the educational project that is expected in the Arab world in light of the new transformations of globalization.
After analyzing and discussing the concept of globalization and its implications for education, we found that the problem was reposed to specialists and reformulated it in line with the new transformations. There are these recommendations that came clear in their features, simple in drafting, and the most important of which are:
It is necessary to deal with globalization away from intolerance and improvisation and adopt the method of effectiveness for bold participation in community building. Otherwise, it will make us live on the sidelines of history.
Globalization has introduced new concepts that allow Arab educational projects to be reformulated in line with these rapid changes.

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الإحاطة بمفهوم العولمة و انعكاساته على المجتمع العربي ،ولتحقيق هذه الغاية لا بد من الإجابة على الأسئلة الجوهرية التالية :
ما مفهوم العولمة؟ و ما هي انعكاساته على التربية في الوطن العربي؟ ما هي معالم أزمة التربية العربية في ظل التحديات الجديدة للعولمة؟ كيف يمكن مواجهة العولمة تربويا؟ توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج يمكن تلخيصها فيما يلي:
العولمة نظام جديد ، مدفوع بطموحات بشريه هائلة تتجاوز الحدود الوطنية و الدينية ...و تسعى إلى إيجاد الإنسان الحر الديمقراطي الذي يحقق التواصل مع الآخرين و يجسر العلاقة مع الأخر و يتبادل الأفكار و المعارف عن طريق الحوار الفعال و كذا المساهمة في خلق المجتمع المنفتح و المتماسك.
هذا المعني قد يكون مختلف عن المفهوم الإسلامي الذي يهدف إلى خلق جو فكري بين جميع أبناء الشعوب و يقوم هذا المفهوم على القيم السامية و الإخاء ، كما يهدف إلى تنظيم حياة البشر بصورة عادلة و يمتاز بالشمولية و العالمية.
و بناء على ذلك من الصعب أن نتصور الشكل الجديد الذي ستأخذه التربية في العالم العربي ،ومن الصعب الوقوف على معالم المشروع التربوي المنتظر في العالم العربي في ظل التحولات الجديدة للعولمة .
بعد تحليل و مناقشة مفهوم العولمة و انعكاسات على التربية ، تبين لنا إعادة طرح الإشكالية أمام المختصين و صياغتها من جديد ، بما يتماشى و التحولات الجديدة . و جاءت هذه التوصيات واضحة في معالمها ، بسيطة في صياغتها و من أهمها:
ضرورة التعامل مع العولمة بعيدا عن التعصب و الخطاب الارتجالي ، و اعتماد أسلوب الفعالية للمشاركة الجريئة في بناء المجتمع و خلاف ذلك يجعلنا نعيش على هامش التاريخ.
لقد طرحت العولمة مفاهيم جديدة التي تسمح بإعادة صياغة المشاريع التربوية العربية التي تتماشى مع هذه التحولات المتسارعة .


Le Concept de la mondialisation et ses retombés sur l’éducation arabe – Analyse et critique
L’objectif de cette étude et de cerner le concept de la mondialisation et ses retombés sur la société arabe, et afin d’atteindre ce but il est plus que nécessaire d’apporter des réponses aux problématiques suivantes :
- Quel est le concept de la mondialisation ? Et quels sont ses impacts sur l’éducation dans les pays arabes ? Autrement dit comment situer la crise d’éducation arabe au sein des nouveaux défis de la mondialisation ? Et enfin comment peut-on affronter la mondialisation au niveau éducatif ?
Notre étude est arrivée à une série de résultats qu’on peut résumer comme suit :
La mondialisation est un nouveau système qui est motivé surtout par un appétit humain incommensurable qui dépasse les frontières nationales et religieuses... Il vise à créer un homme libre et démocratique capable de communiquer avec l’autre et concrétise sa relation avec ce dernier par un échange d’idées et de connaissances par le biais d’un dialogue efficace imprégné d’ouverture et de tolérance et participer ainsi à l’élaboration d’une société ouverte et cohérente.
Ce sens peut différer légèrement du concept Islamique qui vise à créer un climat intellectuel entre les membres de tous les peuples et qui est basé sur des valeurs nobles et fraternels, et cherche à réguler la vie de l’homme d’une façon équitable sous des traits exhaustives et mondiales.
De ce fait on aura du mal à imaginer la forme que prendra l’éducation dans le monde arabe, et ce sera difficile d’avoir une idée claire sur les traits qu’aura le projet éducatif espéré dans cette
partie du monde au vu des nouveaux bouleversements apporté par cette mondialisation.
Après l’analyse et le débat soulevé autour du concept de la mondialisation et son effet sur l’éducation, nous avons pris conscience qu’il faut reformuler ce problème épineux devant les spécialistes afin de le réévaluer à nouveau à la lumière des récents changements.
Nous avons apportés enfin des recommandations claires et nettes qu’on peut résumer comme suit :
La nécessité de traiter avec ce phénomène loin de l’intolérance et de l’insouciance, et adopter une attitude efficace afin de participer courageusement à l’épanouissement de la société car si on ne fait pas ce qui doit nous vivrons en marge de l’histoire et du développement.
La mondialisation à généré de nouveaux concepts et qui nous permettra de repositionner et de réévaluer les nouveaux projets éducatifs et les remettre toujours en questions au vu des changements rapides et bouleversants.
