المستخلص: عالج الباحث الموضوع في مبحثين: قدم في الأول تعريف المعلومة الأمنية لغة واصطلاحا، وأشار إلى مجالات النشاط الاستخباري بشكل عام، ثم عرف المعلومة الأمنية، وأصل في المبحث الثاني طرق قبول المعلومة الأمنية وردها مستفيدا من مناهج المحدثين.
أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي بغرض التعريف بالأمن والمعلومات، وتتبع منهج المحدثين في قبول ورد الرواية، كما اتبع المنهج التحليلي في مقاربة طرق المحدثين عند قبولهم أوردهم للرواية، ومقارنة ذلك مع المعلومة الأمنية للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة.
توصل الباحث إلى وجود كثير من القواسم المشتركة بين صناعة المعلومة الأمنية ومنهج المحدثين في التعاطي مع الرواية.
خلص الباحث إلى ضرورة الاستفادة من مناهج المحدثين في دراسة قبول المعلومات الأمنية وردها، وتصنيفها من حيث الصحة والضعف بما يتناسب مع حال مصدر المعلومة وطرق صياغتها، وخص بذلك أجهزة أمن المقاومة الفلسطينية ودول الربيع العربي، كما أوصى الباحث بإعداد البحوث العلمية ورسائل الدراسات العليا (الماجستير والدكتوراه)، التي تربط بين المعلومات الأمنية والعلوم الشرعية، وتقديم الاقتراحات الضرورية لتحسين الأداء والجودة والعدل في عمل الأجهزة الأمنية في بلادنا العربية والإسلامية.

The researcher dealt with the topic in two sections: in the first he introduced the definition of security information in language and terminology, and pointed out to the areas of intelligence activity in general, and then he defined the security information, and the main point in the second section is ways of accepting the security information and rejecting it, taking advantage of the curricula of modernists.
The researcher followed the descriptive method for the purpose of introducing security and information, and followed the approach of modernists in accepting and responding to the narrative. He also followed the analytical method in the approach of the modernists in their accepting or rejecting of the narration and comparing it with security information to reach the desired results.
The researcher found that there are a lot of common denominators between the security information industry and the methodology of modernists in dealing with the narration.
The researcher concluded that it is necessary to take advantage of the curricula of modernists in the study of the acceptance of security information and its rejection, and its classification in terms of health and vulnerability in proportion to the state of the source of information and methods of its formulation, and specified with that the security agencies of Palestinian resistance security agencies and the Arab Spring countries. The researcher also recommended the preparation of scientific research and papers of higher studies (Masters and PhD) which link the security information and Shariah sciences, and providing the necessary suggestions to improve performance, quality and justice in the work of the security services in our Arab and Islamic countries.
