هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر معسكرات الحسين للعمل والبناء على تجسيد مفهوم الحقوق المدنية والمواطنة لدى الشباب، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، وزعت على عينة بلغت (400) مفردة، أعيد منها ما مجموعة (346) وجدت أنها صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. واستخدمت الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss.16) لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: وجود دور لمعسكرات الحسين للعمل والبناء في تجسيد حقوق المدينة والمواطنة لدى الشباب، وأن الأنشطة التي تقدمها معسكرات الحسين للعمل والبناء تفسر ما مقداره (62.3 %) من التباين في تجسيد حقوق المدنية والمواطنة لدي الشباب. \ وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة أن تتبني معسكرات الحسين للعمل والبناء في فلسفاتها استراتيجيات لقيم المواطنة وتفعيلها نظريا وتطبيقيا والارتقاء بهذه الاستراتيجيات الى المستويات العليا المرغوب بها، من خلال تطوير مهارات الأعضاء وتوفير رؤية استراتيجية واضحة المعالم لترسيخ مفوم المواطنة.
This study aimed to identify the impact of the work and to build on the embodiment of the civil rights and citizenship among young people Hussein camps, and to achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was developed for the purpose of data collection, and distributed on a sample of (400) Single, returned them a total of (346) and found it valid for statistical analysis. And used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS. 16) for the analysis of questionnaire data, the study found a range of results was most notably: the existence of the role of the camps Hussein to work construction in the embodiment of civil rights and citizenship among young people, and that the activities provided by the work and construction Hussein camps explain amounted (623%) of the variance in the embodiment of civil rights and citizenship among young people. \ The study recommends the need to adopt to work and construction Hussein camps in philosophies strategies for the values of citizenship and activated theoretical and practical and upgrading these strategies to the upper levels desired, through the development of members' skills and providing a strategic vision and clearly defined to establish the concept of citizenship.
