إن العمل الإسلامي وفن التعامل مع الآخرين أخذ مساحة كبيرة في القرآن الكريم خاصة في قصص الأنبياء عامة، وأولي العزم خاصة، قال تعالى (لَقَدْ كَانَ فِي قَصَصِهِمْ عِبْرَةٌ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ مَا كَانَ حَدِيثًا يُفْتَرَى وَلَكِنْ تَصْدِيقَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ) (يوسف: 111). وتناول البحث العديد من المفاهيم القرآنية في فن التعامل مع الناس ومنها: اللين والرحمة في التعامل، والمحاجة الحسنة، والبساطة وعدم التكلف، والمخاطبة على قدر العقول، والحوار المنطقي، وعدم الإكراه. وتناول البحث أساليب الأنبياء والرسل أولي العزم في تعاملهم مع أقوامهم وكبرائهم من الملأ الأعلى، وتعاملهم مع أقربائهم من آباء وأبناء وإخوان وأعمام ضمن عملهم الدعوي بما يخدم العمل الإسلامي في عصرنا الحالي، وأبرز مدى حاجتنا لاستخراج كنوز القرآن الكريم في ظل الاختلاف بين التيارات الإسلامية مع بعضها البعض، وكذا مع أصحاب الأفكار الأخرى المخالفة لاستيعابهم، أو التوافق معهم على مفاهيم أتاح فيها الإسلام مساحة من المرونة في ما يخدم العمل الإسلامي المعاصر، أما أصول الدين فتبقى ثابتة لا يصح التنازل عنها. وأوضح البحث كيف سلك النبي محمد مع أتباعه من الصحابة الكرام، ومع المشركين في مكة، ومع أهل الكتاب في المدينة والمنافقين بأساليب متنوعة في التعامل معهم لاستيعابهم. وحرص الباحث على تناول بعض المفاهيم القرآنية في فن التعامل مع الناس من خلال مواقف الأنبياء وإسقاطها على العمل الإسلامي المعاصر، للوصول إلى مفاهيم تخدم العاملين على الساحة الإسلامية، ومقومات نجاح العمل الإسلامي في التعامل مع الناس تعود عليهم باستيعاب الآخرين من خلال: المقدمة المبحث الأول: مفاهيم قرآنية للعمل الإسلامي في التعامل مع الناس المبحث الثاني: صور تعامل الأنبياء مع أقوامهم وأثره على العمل الإسلامي المعاصر المبحث الثالث: أساليب الرسول في التعامل مع الناس المبحث الرابع: مقومات نجاح العمل الإسلامي في التعامل مع الناس الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات
Dealing with others takes a large space in the Quran, in particular, and in the stories of the prophets in general. Allah says "Indeed in their stories, there is a lesson for men of understanding. It (the Qur'an) is not a forged statement but a confirmation of the Allah's existing Books [the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel) and other Scriptures of Allah] and a detailed explanation of everything and a guide and a Mercy for the people who believe." (Yusuf: 111). In this regard, the present research tackles many of the Quranic concepts in the art of dealing with people, including: kindness and compassion in dealing with others, how to argue, the simplicity, and taking the levels and minds of people into consideration while addressing them, logical dialogue, and not compulsion. On the other hand, the research displays the methods of the prophets and messengers in which the used to deal with their people and elites of, and shows the ways in which prophets and messengers deal with their relatives, fathers, sons, brothers and uncles . . . etc. in the present era. Furthermore, the current research highlights how much we need to extract the treasures of the Quran in the era of Islamic parties division. In the same vein, this research reflects the importance of finding out the Quranic pillars and rules in dealing with owners of other contrary ideas to accommodate them, in a flexible way within the limits of the Islamic concepts, bearing in mind that the foundations of Islam must be stable and nonnegotiable. This research also has explained the various styles and ways that our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used with his followers from the noble Companions, and with the polytheists in Mecca, and others. The researcher's keenness to address some of the Quranic concepts in the art of dealing with people through the prophets situations and stories and apply it on the recent Islamic work to reach success through: 1. Quranic concepts in dealing with people. 2. prophetic stories in dealing with their own people and its impact on contemporary Islamic Actions. 3. The prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ways in dealing with people. 4. The success factors of the Islamic work in dealing with people. 5. The conclusion presented the most important findings and recommendations
