أردت أن أقف على الجهد العظيم الذي وضعه الإسلام في بيان فقه التعامل مع الآخر من غير المسلمين، ومعرفة حقوقهم في ظل عدالة الدولة الإسلامية، فاخترت عنوانا لبحثي أسميته: (حقوق الآخر من منظور إسلامي) لعلي أقف على بعض الحقائق التي تزيل الغبش الذي غطى أعين البعض، وخاصة في ظل الهجمة الشرسة على الإسلام، سواء كانت بقصد، أو بجهل لطبيعة المنهج الإسلامي في التعامل مع الآخرين، وتكونت خطة البحث من مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. المبحث الأول: مفهوم الآخر وأدب التعامل معه: بينت فيه، مفهوم الاخر لغة واصطلاحا. المبحث الثاني: حقوق الآخر: تناولت حقوق الآخر باعتباره فردا يمثل جزءا من المجتمع المسلم، حقوق الآخر باعتباره كيانا منفصلا، يرفض التعايش مع المسلمين. المبحث الثالث: الافتراءات المثارة على الإسلام من الآخر: من تعرض غير المسلمين للاضطهاد والامتهان، وفرض الجزية عليهم بالقوة.
I wanted to explain the great effort that Islam spent to clarify the art of dealing with the other non-Muslims, and knowing their rights under the justice of the Islamic State, I selected the following title for my research: “Others rights from an Islamic perspective” I will talk about some facts that removes the haze that covered the eyes of some people, especially in light of the violent attack on Islam, whether intent, or ignorance of the nature of the Islamic approach in dealing with others, my research plan consisted of an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion. First Topic: The concept of the other, and literature of dealing. I explained the concept of the other, linguistically and idiomatically. Second Topic: The rights of the other. I talked about the rights of the other as an individual and part of the Muslim community, the others rights as a separate entity, rejects coexistence with Muslims. Third Topic: Slanders raised against Islam from the others. Including the exposure of non-Muslims to persecution and humiliation, and the imposition of jizya on them by force.
