المستخلص: The study aims to identify Palestinian news websites communicator role in the issues of citizenship in Palestine through conducting afield study on a sample of Palestinian news websites communicators. However, some communicators answer the questions regarding to the influential factors on building news websites agenda, their issues of interest and the sources on which they depend in their coverage of citizenship issues The study was based on both field and analytical survey and also the sample of study consists of (54) communicators on news websites. The analytical samples of study were the website of (WAFA) Palestinian news Agency, MAAN News Agency, Palestine Press News Agency and Paltime News Agency. The study results: 1- Communicators see that the most important reasons for follow-up news websites is the swiftness in posting news and events on an average of (34.54%) because it gives live coverage for the events by (22.7%) and provides greater, depth and wider coverage by (14.5). 2- All communicators confirm their commitment through news editorial policy of the website who work in it, and all of them have confirmed that there is a consensus among their own intellectual trends and the editorial policy of the websites where they work. 3- (62.96) Communicators sample confirm that Palestinian political situation has always affected in addressing the issues of citizenship while (37.03) communicators believe that it sometimes affects. 4- Communicators confirm that they focus first on political participation (18.5%), then on the issues of public freedom (16.3) and lastly on citizen basic rights (14%) 5- Communicators confirm that the most important factors affecting on them in building citizenship issues agenda are the prevailing political system (18.5%), society's values and customs (17.5%) and editorial policy (14.9)? 6- Communicators confirm that homeland loyalty and values are the first thing in their interest (19.2%), then the values of reconciliation (15.9) and finally the values of social justice (14.3). 7- (72.3%) of communicators confirm that they are permanently interested in covering citizenship issues on an average of (27.7), and the rate of communicators in daily writing is (37%). Furthermore, (25%) of communicators emphasize their only dependence on the news as one of the press tools,(27.13%) of communicators confirm that they are giving evidence and persuasive arguments as methods in coverage while (22.48) offer statistics.
