يتناول هذا البحث أثر الحركة واثر اللفظ في تغيير المعني في القرآن الكريم، فالحركة لها تأثير بالغ في تحويل المعني وتغييره، كما أن للفظ ذاك التأثير، إذ قد يتوهم القارئ للفظ معني غير مراده الحقيقي، وهذا ما يسعي البحث إلى توضيحه حتى لا يقع لبس في الفهم، من خلال الاستدلال بآيات من القرآن الكريم، متبعا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليل، ومقسما البحث إلى مقدمة وفصلين، وخاتمه ثم المصادر والمراجع، وتناول الفصل الأول اثر اللفظ في المعني، بينما تناول الفصل الثاني أثر الحركة في تغيير المعنى، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث أنه يأتي التشديد على حرف للتأكيد على ما بعده، ويأتي تفسيره متبعاً حتى يتم فهم المراد منه كما في قوله تعالي (وَالَّذِينَ يُمَسِّكُونَ بِالْكِتَابِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ)، وكذلك ورود الظن في القرآن الكريم بمعني الشك، وبمعني اليقين، وتبين أن الشك يكون في الحديث عما في خاطر الكفار، فيأتي على لسانهم؛ لفساد عقيدتهم كما في قوله تعالي (مَا أَظُنُّ أَنْ تَبِيدَ هَذِهِ أَبَدًا)، لكن المؤمن متيقن بوعد الله له، فالظن لديه يقين كما في قوله تعالى (ظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي مُلَاقٍ حِسَابِيَهْ).
The research aimed at identifying the impact of both the motion of the word and the pronunciation in changing the meaning in the Holy Quran; to enable the reader to understand the true meaning of the term; and through inference verses from the Holy Quran. The research used the descriptive analytical method. The research was divided into intoducation, two parts, a conclusion, then sources and references. The first section dealt with the impact of the motion of the word in changing the meaning of the word, while the second section dealing with the impact the pronunciation in changing the meaning of the word. The results of the research showed that: - The stressed letter comes; to confirm later and emphasizes on the following to understand the interpretation. As in the verse (And as to those who hold fast to the book and perform As - Salat). - The receipt of conjecture in the Qur'an in the sense of doubt, and the sense of uncertainty, showing that doubt be in to talk about what the minds of the unbelievers, it comes on their tongues; for the corruption of their faith as in the verse (I think not that this will ever perish), but insured uncertain promise of God to him, as in the verse (Surely, I did believe that I shall meet my account!).
