تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة نحو الأنشطة الطلابية وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لديهم في ضوء بعض المتغيرات (الجنس- البرنامج- المستوي الدراسي-التحصيل الدراسي- الفرع التعليمي). وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية ممثلة لمجتمع طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة بفروع قطاع غزة بلغت (502) طالبا وطالبة. واتبعت لتحقيق ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائياً، كانت أهم النتائج: إن اتجاهات الطلبة نحو الأنشطة كانت إيجابية، ويتصدرها النشاط الاجتماعي، يليه النشاط السياسي والديني، وبلغت درجة التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي (٧٣%) لدى أفراد العينة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية يعزى لمتغير الجنس، كما تبين علافه ارتباط موجبة بين النشاطات الطلابية وبين توافقهم النفسي والاجتماعي. وفيما يتعلق بمقترحات طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة لزيادة فعالية الأنشطة الطلابية فقد جاء أهمها: توفير الأمكنة، والأدوات، وتقديم كافة التسهيلات اللازمة لممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية، وتحييد الأنشطة الطلابية عن الاتجاهات السياسية. وجاءت أهم توصياتها: توجيه المزيد من الاهتمام من قبل إدارة الجامعة نحو توفر كافة التسهيلات والإمكانيات، وتشجيع الطلبة على الانخراط في الأنشطة، حيث ينعكس ذلك على توافقهم النفسي والاجتماعي داخل حرم الجامعات.
The current study aims at identifying Al-Quds Open University Students’ attitudes towards student activities in relation to their social and psychological accordance in the light of the students' gender, program, level, academic achievement and university branch. In order to achieve the study objective and to answer the research question, a random sample of 502 male and female students from all different branches of Al-Quds Open University (QOU) were chosen. The descriptive analytical method was adopted for this purpose. The data were statistically treated and resulted in: - Students' attitudes towards practicing activities are positive, where social activities come ahead, followed by political and religious activities. - The degree of students' social and psychological accordance is 73 %. - There is no difference between QOU attitudes towards student activities due to student gender, program, student level and branch. - There is a statistically significant difference between student activities and their social and psychological accordance. Concerning QOU suggestions to increase student activities, those were: - Availing places and tools and offering all necessary facilities for student activities, not mixing student activities with political tendencies. - University administration should direct much of their concern and interest towards facilities and encouraging student to get involved in the activities, which will be reflected on their social and psychological accordance at university.
