المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث مسألة مهمة، هي: (أحكام التعدي على حقوق الطفل في الفقه الإسلامي)، وقد تم تقسيمه إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة.
وقد وضحت فيه تعريف الطفل وبيان معنى التعدي، والمقصود بحقوق الطفل.
ثم بيان أسباب نشأة ظاهرة التعدي على حقوق الطفل في الواقع المعاصر وأثارها الاجتماعية.
والتعدي على حقوق الأطفال له عدة صور، فتم بحث أحكام ما كان أكثرها شيوعا كما في الإساءة البدنية، وبيع الأطفال، والاتجار بهم، وعمالة الأطفال، والإساءة الأخلاقية لهم، وكذلك التعدي على حقوقهم في الحروب والمنازعات.
وذلك للتقليل من أثار التعدي والحيلولة دون وقوعه، تم بيان دور الدولة والأفراد في حماية الأطفال.
وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أن حرمة أطفال المسلمين كحرمة الكبار منهم، ولا يعني ضعفهم أنهم بلا حقوق، فقد أقر الإسلام حقوقا لهم ومنع من التعدي على تلك الحقوق.

This research deals with an important issue: (the provisions on the violation of the rights of child in Islamic jurisprudence). It is divided into one introduction, three sections and one conclusion.
I have explained the definition of the child, meaning of violation and the meaning of the rights of the child.
Then I explained the reasons behind the beginning of the phenomenon of violence in children’s rights in contemporary reality and its social effects.
The violation of children's rights has several depictions, and the provisions are discussed for the most common abuses such as physical abuse, sale and trafficking of children, child labor and moral abuse, as well as the violation of their rights in war and conflict.
The role of the State and individuals in the protection of children was described, in order to reduce and prevent the effects of abuse.
The researcher concluded that the sanctity of muslim children is similar to the sanctity of muslim adults, and that their weakness does not mean that they have no rights. Islam has recognized their rights and safeguarded them from abuse.
