يعتبر حق العودة للاجئين الفلسطينيين ثابت من أهم الثوابت الفلسطينية التي لا يمكن التنازل عنها، وهذا الثابت قام الباحثان بتسليط الضوء عليه من الناحية الشرعية والتاريخية والرؤية المستقبلية لحقيقة الصراع عليه مع اليهود، وتبيين قدسية فلسطين وعربيتها وأن اللاجئين شردوا وطردوا وأبعدوا عنها قهرًا وعدواناً، وأنها إرث وقفي للأمة على مر الأجيال المتعاقبة، مما يمنع بيعها أو مبادلتها أو التنازل عنها. وأن الصراع على فلسطين مع اليهود ليس صراع حدود وإنما صراع وجود. وأشار الباحثان إلى مؤشرات ومبشرات شرعية وواقعية تدلل على تحقيق عودة اللاجئين، ومن المؤشرات الواقعية تمسك اللاجئين الفلسطينيين بالأوراق الثبوتية لملكية بساتينهم وبيوتهم (الطابو) ومفاتيحها وتوريثها لأبنائهم وأحفادهم، والنشيد الإسلامي والغناء في الفلكلور الفلسطيني المؤكد على ذلك، وتمسك المسلمين بذلك من خلال مسيرة القدس العالمية والمؤتمرات الدولية، وإحياء الفلسطينيين لذكرى يوم الأرض والنكبة والنكسة لتبقى حاضرة في أذهان الأجيال على مر العصور، وعجز اليهود في حربي الفرقان وحجارة السجيل في القضاء على المقاومة والشعب الفلسطيني في غزة الأبية. وأوضح الباحثان سمات المحررين لفلسطين ليعيدوا اللاجئين لديارهم ومقومات تحقيق أمل العودة من خلال العودة الحميدة على الله، ووحدة الصف الداخلي والتفوق العلمي والتكنولوجي والتمسك بخيار الجهاد والمقاومة كسبيل لتحقيق آمال الشعب الفلسطيني وطموحاته.
