The present study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the scale of the evolution of language development, and included a sample study on 250 children from children of pre-school latecomers in language development, were selected from some nurseries and centers of communication in Cairo by (125) children and (125) a child between the ages of 4 to 6 years, applied to them gauge the evolution of language development prepared by the researcher (2015). هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس تطور النمو اللغوي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (250) طفل وطفله من أطفال ما قبل المدرسة المتأخرين في النمو اللغوي، تم اختيارهم من بعض دور الحضانات ومراكز التخاطب بمحافظة القاهرة بواقع (ه 12) طفلاً و(125) طفلة ممن تتراوح أعمارهم من 4 إلى 6 سنوات وأمهاتهم (250) أماً، وقد أظهرت نتائج تطبيق الدراسة تمتع المقياس بدرجة صدق وثبات مناسبين، فقد أسفر التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي للمقياس بطريقة المكونات الأساسية وتدوير المحاور بطريقة الفاريماكس عن تشبع عبارات المقياس على أربعة عوامل لاتجاه تطور النمو اللغوي وهي: (الاستيعاب السمعي – الطلاقة اللغوية - المفردات - التراكيب ) بحساب الصدق العاملي لمقياس تقدير تطور نمو اللغة لطفل ما قبل المدرسة (صورة الأم ): تم استخدام الصدق العاملي باستخدام طريقة المكونات الأساسية وتم تدوير المحاور بطريقة الفاريماكس Varimax Rotation واستخدم محك كايزر وتم الاعتماد على التشبعات الأعلى من أو مساوية 0.3 وقد تشبعت جميع مفردات الاختبار بقيم أعلى من أو مساوية لـــــ 0.3 كما أسفرت نتائج التحليل عن عامل واحد فسر 42.74% من التباين الكلى للمقياس، وقد تراوحت بين 0.66 إلى 0.79، وجميعها قيم مرتفعة ودالة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، لحساب الصدق العاملي لمقياس تقدير تطور نمو اللغة لطفل ما قبل المدرسة (صورة الطفل) تم استخدام الصدق العاملي باستخدام طريقة المكونات الأساسية وتم تدوير المحاور بطريقة الفاريماكس Varimax Rotation واستخدم محك كايزر وتم الاعتماد على التشبعات الأعلى من أو مساوية 0.3، كما أسفرت نتائج التحليل عن خمسة عوامل فسرت72.167% من التباين الكلى للمقياس، وتم حساب ثبات المقياس باستخدام طريقة ألفا لكرونباخ والذي تراوحت قيمه من 0.86 إلى 0.89 وهي قيمة مرتفعة ودالة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 كما تراوحت قيم معاملات الثبات بطريقة إعادة التطبيق بفاصل زمني أسبوعين 0.89 إلى 0.93 وهي قيم مرتفعة ودالة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، ثم حساب الاتساق الداخلي تم تقدير معاملات الارتباط بين درجة كل بند والدرجة الكلية للبعد الذي تنتمي إليه، وقد تراوحت بين0.70 إلى 0.85، وجميعها قيم مرتفعة ودالة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 كما تم تقدير معاملات الارتباط بين الدرجة الكلية لكل بعد والدرجة الكلية للاختبار، كما قامت الباحثة بحساب معامل ارتباط بين ملاحظة اثنين من الملاحظين وقد بلغت قيمته 93،. وهي قيمة مرتفعة ودالة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، ومن ثم فإن المقياس يمكن تطبيقه من خلال فلاحظ واحد.
