المستخلص: تعرضت بلدنا العزيز مصر إلى العديد من الأحداث والاضطرابات القوية التي كادت أن تعصف بحياة أبنائه، الأمر الذي يجعلنا نقف حائرين أمام تلك الأحداث والاضطرابات، والعنف غير المبرر، والتي من الممكن أن يكون السبب الرئيس فيها هو ابتعادنا عن قيمنا المصرية الأصيلة، وحبنا لهذا البلد وانتمائنا له، ولذلك يرى "الباحث" دراسة هذه المشكلة، والتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والسلوك الانتمائي، والفروق بين درجات التلاميذ على متغيري الذكاء الوجداني والسلوك الانتمائي وفقا لمتغير النوع (ذكور-إناث) لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، وإمكانية التنبؤ بدرجات التلاميذ على متغير السلوك الانتمائي بمعلومية الدرجة على متغير الذكاء الوجداني، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من قسمين: أولا عينة التقنين، وتكونت من (250) من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمدارس التعليم الأساسي التابعة لإدارة اطفيح التعليمية بمحافظة الجيزة، بواقع (125) ذكور، و(125) إناث، ثانيا: عينة البحث الأساسية، وتكونت من (250) من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمدارس التعليم الأساسي التابعين لإدارة اطفيح التعليمية بمحافظة الجيزة، مقسمين إلى (125) ذكور، و(125) إناث، واعتمد البحث على الأدوات الآتية: مقياس الذكاء الوجداني إعداد: الباحث، ومقياس السلوك الانتمائي إعداد: الباحث، وبعد تحليل النتائج باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وهى الاختبار التائي لعينة ومجتمع (T-test)، والاختبار التائى لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل الارتباط الخطي البسيط لبيرسون (r)، ومعامل الانحدار الخطى، معامل ألفا-كرونباخ، معامل جوتمان، معامل سبيرمان براون، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين درجات التلاميذ على الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الذكاء الوجداني ودرجاتهم على الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لمقياس السلوك الانتمائي، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث على مقياس الذكاء الوجداني على أبعاد (الوعي بالذات، التواصل مع الآخرين، دافعية الذات)، في حين وجدت فروق على أبعاد (إدارة الانفعالات، والتعاطف الوجداني، والدرجة الكلية) لصالح الإناث، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث على مقياس السلوك الانتمائي على أبعاد (الانتماء المدرسي، والانتماء للوطن، والدرجة الكلية)، في حين وجدت فروق على بند (الانتماء الأسري) لصالح الإناث، وأسفرت النتائج أيضا عن إمكانية التنبؤ بدرجات التلاميذ على متغير السلوك الانتمائي بمعلومية الدرجة على متغير الذكاء الوجداني.

Suffered our dear Egypt to many events and strong turbulence that nearly ridden lives of his sons, which makes us stand confused in front of those events and disturbances, violence and unjustified, and that could be the main reason is the imperfect Egyptian authentic values, And our love for this country and belonging to it, and therefore that "researcher" study this problem, and identify the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and affiliation behavior, and the differences between the scores of students on the variables of emotional intelligence and affiliation behavior according to the variable type (males- females) with pupils in basic education, And predictability with degree of varying pupils on a variable affiliation of behavior in class with emotional intelligence variable, consisted sample of two parts: the first sample rationing, and consisted of (250) of pupils basic education schools in the basic education of Atfih at the Department of educational Governorate in Giza, by (125) males and 125 females, Second: basic research sample, and consisted of (250) students from basic education schools in the basic education of Atfih at the Department of educational Governorate in Giza, divided into 125 males and 125 females, and relied on the following search tools: Measure of emotional intelligence preparation: researcher, and measure behavior affiliation preparation: researcher, and after analyzing the results using appropriate statistical methods, which test samples T for sample and society (T- test), and test samples T for two independent samples, and correlation coefficient simple linear Pearson (r), and the coefficient of linear regression, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Guttman coefficient, Spearman Brown coefficient, Search results have resulted in that there is positive correlation between the degree of statistically significant dimensions of pupils on the total score of the scale of emotional intelligence and their scores on the dimensions of the total score for the scale affiliation behavior, There are no statistically significant differences between the average male degrees and female emotional intelligence on the dimensions of the scale (self- awareness, communicate with others, self) motivation, while any differences on the dimensions of (emotion management, and empathy emotional, and the total score) in favor of females, There are no significant differences between the mean scores of male and female in affiliation behavior on a scale dimensions (school affiliation, and belonging to the homeland, and the total score), while the differences found after the (family membership) in favor of females, The results also led to from the predictability of varying pupils on behavior with variable emotional intelligence.
