المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين سيدنا محمد وعلى آلة وصحبه وسلم. أما بعد: فهذا البحث بعنوان (الفروق الأصولية عند الإمام القرافي في القياس) إعداد: د. وليد بن على القليطي. وهذا البحث تضمن: مقدمة، وتمهيد، وفصلين، وخاتمة. فأما التمهيد فشمل: تعريف الفروق، ونشأة علم الفروق والمؤلفات في الفروق الأصولية. والفصل الأول شمل: التعريف بالإمام القرافي رحمه الله. والفصل الثاني شمل: الفروق الأصولية في القياس. والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو: إبراز الفروق الأصولية عند الإمام القرافي في القياس. وأما أهم النتائج التي تواصلت لها ما يلي: 1. يعد الإمام القرافي رحمه الله من أبرز العلماء الذين صنفوا في علم الفروق الأصولية. 2. لقد فرق الإمام القرافي بين بعض المصطلحات الأصولية في القياس، منها على سبيل المثال: أ‌- الفرق بين القياس الجلي والخفي هو: أن القياس الجلي يكون مناسباً في المعنى، وأما القياس الخفي فيكون فيه المشابهة فقط دون المعنى. ب‌- الفرق بين الوصف الذي هو جزء العلة، وبين الوصف الذي هو علة مستقلة هو: أن جزء العلة إذا انفراد لا يثبت معه الحكم، والوصف الذي هو علة مستقلة إذا اجتمع مع غيره ترتب الحكم. ت‌- الفرق بين تنقيح المناط وتحقيق المناط وتخريج المناط هو: أن تنقيح المناط خاص بالعلل التي نص عليها الشارع الحكيم، وتحقيق المناط في أحد نوعية يكون فيه النظر إلى وجود العلة في آحاد الصور الفرعية التي يراد قياسها على الأصول، ولا تكون العلة إلا منصوصة كذلك، وأما تخريج المناط فهو النظر والاجتهاد في استنباط الوصف المناسب للحكم بأي طريق من مسالك العلة، وهو خاص بالعلل المستنبطة. ث‌- الفرق بين عدم التأثير والعكس هو: أن عدم التأثير يكون موجودا مع وصفه، بخلاف العكس وهو وجود الحكم بدون الوصف. ج‌- الفرق بين الطرد والطردي هو: أن الطرد ثبوت الحكم في جميع صور العلة، والطردي عدم المناسبة. ولا يفوتني في ختام هذا الملخص أن أوصي الباحثين بالاهتمام بدراسة الفروق الأصولية عند الإمام القرافي رحمه الله. وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آلة وصحبه أجمعين.

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His prophets and messengers of Prophet Muhammad and his family and him. As yet: This research titled (fundamentalist when Imam Quraafi differences in measurement) Preparation: d. Walid bin Ali Kulaiti. This research included: Introduction, smoothing, and two chapters, and a conclusion. As for the boot evolved to include: Defining the differences, and the emergence of knowledge of the differences, and literature in the fundamentalist differences. The first quarter included: Definition Imam Quraafi God's mercy. The second quarter included: fundamentalism differences in measurement. The aim of this study is: To highlight the differences when fundamentalist imam Quraafi in measurement. The most important findings were the following: The Imam Quraafi - God's mercy - the most prominent of which are classified in the science of fundamentalism differences scientists. I've Imam Quraafi difference between some fundamentalist in terms of measurement, for example: (A) difference between the measurement is obvious and hidden: the measurement obviously be appropriate in meaning, and the measurement shall be hidden just below the similar meaning. (B) the difference between the description that is part of the illness, and the description that is independent of bug is this: that part if the illness alone does not prove his judgment, and the description that is independent bug if he met with other consequent judgment. (C) difference between revision assigned to the investigation assigned to the graduation assigned to is this: that the revision assigned to particular ailments stipulated by street wise, and achieve entrusted in a quality which is to look at the presence of the illness in individual sub-images to be measured on the assets, the illness but is stated as not, The graduation is assigned to consider and diligence in devising an appropriate description of the rule in any way from the paths of the illness, which is derived particular ailments. (D) difference between the lack of influence and the opposite is: that the lack of effect is present with the recipe, other than the existence of a contrary judgment without description. (E) the difference between the package and the exponential is: the expulsion proven power in all forms of the illness, and the exponential not appropriate. I can not fail at the end of this summary would recommend the attention of researchers studying the differences when fundamentalist imam Quraafi God's mercy. And Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions
