المستخلص: There are multiple in the Egyptian foreign policy issues which relate to the goals achievement of the a national security and economic and social well being of the community members, and these issues, those relating to the political geography of Egypt and its role in the formation of the dimensions and orientations of the international movement, and in determining the scope of interest in the Egyptian presence in the international arena. And thus it can determine the form of the Egyptian foreign policy and development between the weaknesses and limitations of proliferation. And that the realization of the hypothesis that bond between the formulation and implementation of foreign policy, and the availability of a certain amount of resources. The scarcity or availability of those resources would have an effective impact on the size and effectiveness of the activity of foreign policy. In this way, nearer the urgency of the Egyptian foreign policy in the new phase is to deal with the issue of "the Renaissance Bridge ", and Egyptian sought since the revolution of June 30, 2013 under the new leadership to return for its key role in the Middle East, and multiple pressing cases, especially the fight against terrorism. This was demonstrated dimension since the birth of the Third Republic through the emergence of new trends in the Egyptian foreign policy. Which is associated with some development aspect, achieve returns for potential national projects, according to the determinants of the strategic construction of foreign policy and national projects to each other such as the new Suez Canal project, which the study seeks building a standard model for measuring the value of returns for the strategic decision of project.
