|b Although Africa suffers from many plagues such as rivalry, cultural domination, language plurality, and lack of language planning policy, African languages, this research asserts, can be an important means of drawing much profit and launching a sustainable development for their speakers if a set of technical suggestions are followed. They include developing the potentials of African languages which will result in language learning and creation; developing the techniques of language analysis, translation, interpretation, doubling, composition and writing, and language correction; developing linguistics technologies and terminology techniques; linking languages to national identities and religions; resolving conflicts among diverse nations by language plurality; and creating an efficient communication means on the basis of writing African languages and developing language instructional means and research methodology. The next step would be to publish the data collected about the languages on the Internet, which would make our languages stronger and thereby create a green culture that can reflect the African continent and result in much profit and more sustainable economic revenues. Through these means, I think we can develop the whole African continent on the basis of self-confidence ■
