نظرا للتغيرات الهائلة والمستمرة في المعارف الإنسانية، وما يترتب على ذلك من تغيرات في نظم العمل، وما يستوجبه ذلك من ضرورة إعادة تنمية القوى العاملة لمواجهة تلك التغيرات واستيعابها والتكيف مع مقتضياتها سعت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على ممارسات التدريب بدار الوثائق القومية (أرشيف الدولة-"مصر") ورصد مراحل العملية التدريبية، والتعرف على مدى سلامتها وجديتها وما يعتريها من نقاط القوة والضعف، كما قدمت الدراسة وبشكل مفصل لمفهوم عمال المعرفة، وخصائصهم، وإدارتهم والتحديات التي تواجه تلك الإدارة. وفي سبيل ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستقصاء آراء ٦٥ من العاملين بدار الوثائق القومية من حملة المؤهلات العليا كخاصية من خصائص عمال المعرفة. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة العمل في دار الوثائق القومية يعتمد على ضرورة توافر خصائص عمال المعرفة، كما كشفت عن انخفاض الدور الذي تلعبه دار الوثائق القومية في ممارسات تدريب العاملين بها كعمال للمعرفة بمتوسط حسابي منخفض (2.3). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تجعل دار الوثائق القومية التدريب من ضمن الأولويات الاستراتيجية لديها، وجعل العملية التدريبية عملية مستمرة.

To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method and survey the opinions of 65 employees of the National Archives House campaign graduate qualifications as a property of the characteristics of knowledge workers. This study concluded that the nature of work in the National Archives depends on the characteristics of the need for knowledge workers, also revealed a decrease in the role of the National Archives in employee training practices for knowledge workers with a mean low of 2.3 The study recommended the need to make the National Archives of training within the strategic Alooloyat have, make the training process is an ongoing process.
