المستخلص: وتكمن مشكلة البحث في متابعة الباحث كحكم دولي لأحدث تعديلات قانون مسابقات الجملة الحركية الكاتا (٢٠١٣) فيما يتعلق بأخطاء الأداء التي تستوجب الخصومات، والتي من ضمنها أخطاء النقل الحركي والتزامن والربط الحركي والتي تنتج عن بطئ النقل الحركي مما يؤدي إلى وصول المهارة المؤداة قبل نهاية النقل الحركي للجسم كله، مما يحدث الخلل في الأداء، وما يترتب عليه من فقدان الدرجات باعتبار النقل الحركي الصحيح أحد المعايير الأساسية لتقييم الأداء داخل محور تقييم الأداء الفني وفقا لأحدث تعديلات القانون الدولي (٢٠١٣)، مما دعي الباحث الي محاولة تصميم برنامج تدريبي يهدف الي تطوير سرعة النقل الحركي للرجلين لرفع مستوي أداء بعض الجمل الحركية الكاتا في رياضة الكاراتيه. هدف البحث: التعرف على تأثير برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتحسين سرعة النقل الحركي للرجلين وتأثيره على مستوى أداء بعض الجمل الحركية كاتا Kata برياضة الكاراتيه.
فروض البحث: توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين قيم القياس القبلي والبعدي في متغير سرعة النقل الحركي لوقفات الرجلين (زينكتسوداتشي، كوكوتسوداتشي) Ko—Kutsu—Dachi ، Zen Kutsu—Dachi للأمام ومن الدوران ١٨٠ درجة لصالح القياس البعدي لعينة البحث. توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين قيم القياس القبلي والبعدي في متغير سرعة النقل الحركي للمجموعات الحركية من الجمل الحركية (انسو، كانكوشو، جوجوشيهوشو) —UNSU GOJOSHIHO—SHO —KANKU—SHO لصالح القياس البعدي لعينة البحث. توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين قيم القياس القبلي والبعدي في متغير مستوي أداء الجمل الحركية (انسو، كانكوشو، جوجوشيهوشو) —UNSU GOJOSHIHO-SHO -KANKU—SHO لصالح القياس البعدي لعينة البحث. وأهم النتائج: أثر البرنامج التدريبي المقترح تأثيرا ايجابيا علي قيم متغير سرعة النقل الحركي لوقفات الرجلين (زينكتسوداتشي، كوكوتسوداتشي) Ko—Kutsu—Dachi ، Zen—Kutsu—Dachi للأمام ومن الدوران ١٨٠ درجة لدي عينة البحث بنسب تحسن تراوحت بين 15%-18%). أثر البرنامج التدريبي المقترح تأثيرا ايجابيا علي قيم متغير سرعة النقل الحركي للمجموعات الحركية من الجمل الحركية (انسو، كانكوشو، جوجوشيهوشو) —UNSU GOJOSHIHO-SHO KANKU—SHO لدي عينة البحث بنسب تحسن تراوحت بين (٧.٨ %- ١٢%). أثر البرنامج التدريبي المقترح تأثيرا ايجابيا على قيم متغير مستوي أداء الجمل الحركية (انسو، كانكوشو، جوجوشيهوشو) GOJOSHIHO—SHO KANKU—SHO —UNSU لدي عينة البحث بنسب تحسن بلغت (5.7%)، (5.4%)، (6.2%) على التوالي.


The research problem lies in the researcher's follow-up as an international judge to the latest amendments to the Kinetic Sentence Contest Act (2013) in relation to performance errors that require deductions, including errors of motor transmission, synchronization, and motor linking that result from the slow movement of the motor, which leads to the arrival of the skill performed before the end of the transfer, The movement of the whole body, which results in the defect in performance, and the consequent loss of grades, considering the correct motor transmission is one of the basic criteria for evaluating performance within the technical performance evaluation according to the latest amendments to international law (2013), which prompted the researcher to try to design a training program aimed at developing the speed of the kinematic transmission of the two men to raise the level of performance of some kata movement sentences in karate. Research objective: To identify the effect of a proposed training program to improve the speed of movement of the two legs and its effect on the level of performance of some motor actions of Kata in karate.

Research Hypotheses: There are statistically significant differences between the values of the pre and post measurement in the variable speed of the kinematic transmission of the stances of legs Ko — Kutsu-Dachi, Zen Kutsu-Dachi forward and from 180 degrees rotation in favour of the dimensional measurement of the research sample.

There are statistically significant differences between the values of the pre and post measurement in the variable speed of the kinematic transmission of the kinematic groups of the motor sentences —UNSU GOJOSHIHO — SHO — KANKU — SHO in favour of the post-measurement of the research sample. There are statistically significant differences between the values of the pre and post measurement in the variable of the performance level of the syntactic sentences —UNSU GOJOSHIHO-SHO -KANKU — SHO in favour of the dimensional measurement of the research sample. There are statistically significant differences between the values of the pre and post measurement in the standard variable of the performance of the syntactic sentences (Ansu, Kankushu, Jogoshiushu) —UNSU GOJOSHIHO-SHO -KANKU — SHO in favour of the dimensional measurement of the research sample. The most important results: The proposed training program had a positive effect on the values of the kinetic transmission velocity variable of the stances of the legs Ko-Kutsu-Dachi, Zen-Kutsu-Dachi forward and from the rotation of 180 degrees of research sample with improvement rates ranging between 15% -18%. ). The proposed training program had a positive effect on the values of the kinetic transmission speed variable of the motor groups of the motor sentences -UNSU GOJOSHIHO-SHO KANKU-SHO The research sample had improvement rates that ranged between (7.8% - 12%). The proposed training program had a positive effect on the values of the variable values of the motor sentence performance level variable GOJOSHIHO - SHO KANKU - SHO --UNSU of the research sample with improvement rates of (5.7%), (5.4%), (6.2%), respectively.
