المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بناء بروفيل السلوك التحكيمي لدي حكام رياضة الملاكمة "من خلال التعرف على الخصائص والصفات والمهارات التي يتصف بها حكم الملاكمة والمرتبطة بالقواعد القانونية المحددة لمنافسات رياضة الملاكمة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة وهدفها خاصة وإن هذه الدراسة مسحية استكشافية، وذلك علي عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث وتقسيمها إلي (عينة استطلاعية أولي للسؤال الاستكشافي - عينة استطلاعية ثانية للمعاملات العلمية - عينة أساسية للتطبيق) ، حيث تم توزيع (80) استمارة للسؤال الاستكشافي علي (80) حكم مختلفي المستويات التحكيمية وممثلين لجميع مناطق الجمهورية، كما تم توزيع ( 60) استمارة للبروفيل في صورته الثالثة علي (60) حكم مختلفي المستويات التحكيمية وممثلين لجميع مناطق الجمهورية لاستخراج المعاملات العلمية للبروفيل، ثم تم تطبيق" بروفيل السلوك التحكيمي لدي حكام رياضة الملاكمة" في صورته النهائية علي عينة بلغ قوامها (40) حكم مختلفي المستويات التحكيمية وممثلين لجميع مناطق الجمهورية،
وقد توصل الباحث إلي بناء "بروفيل السلوك التحكيمى لدي حكام رياضة الملاكمة وذلك من خلال (٥) محاور رئيسية تحتوى على (10) أبعاد ويمثلون (٥٠) عبارة يمكن من خلاله التعرف على الخصائص والصفات والمهارات التي يتصف بها حكم الملاكمة والمرتبطة بالقواعد القانونية المحددة لمنافسات رياضة الملاكمة، كما يمكن أن يعكس مدي استعداد الحكم وجهوزيته لإدارة مباراة الملاكمة، وكانت أهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق "بروفيل السلوك التحكيمي لدي حكام رياضة الملاكمة على مختلف الحكام وخاصة قبل الاشتراك في المنافسة لتحديد مدي استعداد الحكم لإدارة المباراة كجانب تشخيصي وتقييمي ، وكذلك التعرف علي محاور وأبعاد بروفيل السلوك التحكيمى لدى حكام رياضة الملاكمة وتحديد درجة الحكم علي كل محور وبعد لمعرفة السمة التي تحتاج إلي تدعيم ومعالجة، وأيضا ضرورة اعتماد لجنة الحكام لرياضة الملاكمة علي نتائج بروفيل السلوك التحكيمى لدي حكام رياضة الملاكمة في عملية انتقاء الحكام المؤهلين لإدارة منافساتها من خلال مدي جهورية واستعداد الحكام لإدارة منافسات رياضة الملاكمة الذي يوفره البروفيل قبل خوض غمار المنافسات.


This research aims to build a profile of behaviour arbitration for boxing referees by identifying the characteristics, qualities and skills of boxing referee and linked to the specific legal rules of boxing competitions. The study used a descriptive-analytical approach due to its suitability with its nature and objective, especially. This study is an exploratory survey based on a randomly selected sample from the research community and divided into (an initial survey sample for the exploratory question - a second survey sample for scientific treatments- a basic sample for the application). The study distributed 80 questionnaires for the exploratory question in (80) referees of different arbitration levels representing all regions of the Republic. The study also distributed (60) questionnaires for the profile in its third form to (60) referees of different arbitral levels representing all regions of the Republic to extract scientific treatments for the profile. The "Behaviour Arbitration Profile of the boxing referees" in its final form was applied to a sample of (40) referees having varying arbitration levels and representing all regions of the Republic.
The researcher was able to build a "Profile of Arbitration behaviour for the boxing referees" through (5) main axes containing (10) dimensions and representing (50) phrases through which to identify the characteristics, qualities and skills of the boxing referee and related to the specific legal rules of Boxing competitions. It can also reflect the extent of the readiness of the referee and his preparedness to manage the boxing match.
The study recommended paying attention to the application of the "Profile of arbitral behaviour for the boxing referees" to various referees, especially before participating in the competition to determine the extent of the referees' willingness to manage the game as a diagnostic and evaluation aspect. The study also recommended identifying the axes and dimensions of the arbitration behaviour profile for the boxing referees and determining the degree of referees on each axis to find out the characteristic that needs to be strengthened and addressed. There is also a need for boxing referees committee to rely on the results of the profile of arbitral behaviour for the boxing referees while selecting qualified referees for managing their competitions through the readiness and preparedness of the referees to manage the boxing competitions provided by the profile before entering the competition.
