المستخلص: لقد وضع الدين الإسلامي نظاما يكفل للأسرة سعادتها واستقرارها، لان هذا النظام قد ضمن مشاركة رائعة قائمة على الاستمرار في الحياة الزوجية، ولا يتم ذلك إلا عندما يفهم ما يشتمل عليه نظام العلاقات الزوجية إلا أن الأحوال غالبا لا تدوم على حال، والقواعد لا بد لها من استثناء، فللأسف الشديد ارتفعت نسبة الطلاق في المجتمع بشكل يبعث على القلق ويستحق بجد دراسة أسباب هذه الظاهرة التي تعد بادرة غير صحيحة ومرفوضة أخلاقيا واجتماعيا، إذ بات المجتمع يعانى بشكل ملفت للنظر من هذه الظاهرة ولقد أوصانا الرسول الأعظم بانه (ابغض الحلال عند الله الطلاق) فعلى المسلم استعمال كافة الوسائل والطرق العلاجية لعلاج المشاكل الأسرية والابتعاد عن الطلاق قدر الإمكان وقد جاء هذا البحث إضاءة بسيطة في دراسة أسباب زيادة نسب الطلاق في المجتمع العراقي، إذ تم تقسيم البحث على جانبين احدهما نظري والأخر ميداني، يتضمن الجانب النظري دراسة المفاهيم الأساسية وهى مفهوم الطلاق ودراسة أسباب الطلاق وهى أسباب اجتماعية واقتصادية وتكنولوجية ودراسة نظرة الدين إلى الطلاق أيضا، أما الجانب الميداني فقد تضمن عينة من (30) مبحوثا من المطلقين الذكور و الإناث وتم استعمال منهج دراسة الحالة واستعمال استمارة المقابلة مع الملاحظة المباشرة للمبحوثين أثناء الدراسة وذلك لآنه موضوع شائك يخص حياة الأفراد الخاصة وصعوبة الحصول على المعلومات بشكل علني، ولقد توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج التي تؤدي إلي وقوع الطلاق لعلها أهمها : 1-قلة الوعي الديني لدى الأفراد. 2-الفقر والعوز المادي للزوجين 3-دخول وسائل الاتصال الحديثة إلى المجتمع. وعرضت الدراسة لبعض التوصيات التي من الممكن أن تحد من هذه المشكلة ومنها: 1-زيادة الوعي الديني للأفراد وإرشادهم إلى أهم الحقوق والواجبات التي على الزوجين اتباعها وتحمل أعباء الحياة الزوجية عن طريق المحاضرات الدينية في وسائل الإعلام وفى الجوامع والحسينيات في كل المناطق. 2-اعتماد المناهج التربوية في المدارس والجامعات التي تخص الحياة الزوجية والأسرية، لغرض توعية الطلبة على مسؤولياتهم المستقبلية وتعريفهم بأهمية الأسرة. 3-عدم تسهيل إجراءات الطلاق في المحاكم العراقية ووضع بعض العراقيل في طريق الأفراد ووضع بعض الغرامات المالية التي تعيق الطلاق وتصعبه على الأفراد.

Islam has put a system for the family to ensure its happiness and stability. This system ensures the greatest participation and continuity of marital life and this does not happen unless understanding what marital relations system involves, but the conditions are often not permanent, and the rules must be subjected to an exception, however, a great regret of raising divorce rates in the community which is a matter of concern and deserves diligently the study of the causes behind this phenomenon, which is an unhealthy and unacceptable sign morally and socially that the society suffers remarkably from this phenomenon and our Great Prophet commands us that divorce is the most hated Halal and the muslim must use all the means and ways for the solving of family problems and get away from the divorce as much as possible. This research has come to add a simple flash to study the causes of increasing ratios of divorce in Iraqi courts. This research is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the field . The theoretical part includes theoretical study of basic concepts, namely the concept of divorce, the study of the causes of divorce and these reasons are social, economic, technological and also studies the viewpoint of religion to divorce. The field part includes a sample of (30) divorced male and females using the case study method and the use of the corresponding form with direct observation of the respondents during the study and because it is a thorny subject regarding the life of individuals and it is of special difficulty in obtaining the information publicly. The research gas come up with a set of results, among them are: 1. The lack of religious awareness among individuals which is the most important reason that lead to divorce., 2. Material poverty and destitution for the married couple is a reason for divorce. 3. Entry of modern means of communication to the community has increased divorce rates. Some of the recommendations are: 1. Increasing religious awareness of individuals and instruct them in the most important rights and duties that the married couple must follow and bearing marital life through religious lectures in the media and in mosques and Shiite mosques in all regions. 2. Put some curricula in universities related to marriage and family life for the purpose of educating students for future responsibilities and introduce them to the importance of family. 3. Do not to facilitate divorce proceedings in the Iraqi courts by putting some obstacles in the way of individuals and imposing some financial penalties that hinder divorce and make it difficult on the individuals .
