تسعى دول العالم الى ضمان امنها الوطني مسخرة كل امكانياتها والذي يخضع للعديد من المهددات لا يمكن لأي دولة في العالم ان تقضي عليها بشكل كامل ولهذا تبقي حالة الامن الوطني المطلق تعبيرا عن طموح تتطلع اليه الدول دون ان تستطيع تحقيقه. ان أحد اهم مهددات الامن الوطني السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية هي الشائعات التي تعتبر ظاهرة قديمة جدا قابلة للانتشار والفتك بالشعوب عندما تجد الأرض الخصبة لنموها وانتشارها ان مشكلة بحثنا الحالي تتلخص بان الشائعات قادرة على اختراق مرتكزات الامن الوطني في الأوقات التي تجد فيها هناك ارض خصبة للانتشار. واهميته هي انه يكشف عن الظروف التي تتمكن فيها الشائعات من اختراق الامن الوطني. قسم البحث الى ثلاثة مباحث هي الامن الوطني مفهومه وأهدافه وقياسه وركائزه ومهدداته. اما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول الشائعات (تعريفها وتصنيفها) وخصص المبحث الثالث لتهديد الشائعات لركائز الامن الوطني.
Nations of the world seek to ensure its national security gearing all its capabilities, where it is exposed to many threats and no country in the world can completely destroy the threat. Therefore, the state of the absolute national security remains as an expression of an ambition which countries are looking to but unable to achieve. One of the main threats to the political, economic and social national security are rumors, which is a very old phenomenon that is easy to spread out and to destroy peoples, when fertile ground is found for their growth and spread . The problem of my research is summarized by that the current rumors are able to penetrate the foundations of national security in times when a fertile ground is found for them to spread. The significance of the research is that it reveals the circumstances in which rumors can penetrate national security. The research was divided into three sections: first, the concept of the national security, its objectives, its standards, its pillars and threats. The second section deals with rumors (definition and classification) and the third section was devoted to the threat of rumors to the pillars of national security
