المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على واقع تفعيل تكنولوجيا التعليم في الأنشطة التربوية بمدارس التعليم العام بدولة الكويت مع التعرف على الفروق في هذه الكفايات طبقا لمتغيري (الجنس والمنطقة التعليمية)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (182) معلم، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة من تصميم الباحث.
وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن: واقع تفعيل تكنولوجيا التعليم في الأنشطة التربوية بمدارس التعليم العام بدولة الكويت تعد متوسطة، كما أكدت النتائج على عدم جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس في مجالي (تسهيلات استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في الأنشطة التربوية واتجاهات المعلمين نحو تفعيل تكنولوجيا التعليم في الأنشطة التربوية) ووجود فروق ذات تعزى لأثر الجنس في الدرجة الكلية ومجالي (دعم البيئة التربوية بالأدوات التكنولوجية وتوظيف التكنولوجيا في تخطيط وتنفيذ الأنشطة التربوية) لصالح الإناث. كما أكدت النتائج على عدم جود فروق تعزى لأثر المنطقة التعليمية في مجالي (تسهيلات استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في الأنشطة التربوية واتجاهات المعلمين نحو تفعيل تكنولوجيا التعليم في الأنشطة التربوية)، ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر المنطقة التعليمية في الدرجة الكلية ومجالي (دعم البيئة التربوية بالأدوات التكنولوجية وتوظيف التكنولوجيا في تخطيط وتنفيذ الأنشطة التربوية) لصالح منطقة العاصمة، كما أكدت النتائج على وجود معوقات لتفعيل تكنولوجيا التعليم في الأنشطة التربوية أهمها قلة عدد المعلمين المؤهلين لتفعيل تكنولوجيا التعليم تكنولوجيا التعليم، وعدم تحديد وقت لممارسة الأنشطة الإبداعية والتكنولوجية، وعدم توفر الوسائل التكنولوجية داخل الصفوف.

The objective of the present research is to identify the reality of activating education technology in educational activities in general education schools in Kuwait and to identify differences in these competencies according to the variables (gender and educational area) and The sample of the study consisted of (182) teachers, and the analytical descriptive method was used, and the study tool was a questionnaire designed by the researcher.
The results concluded that: The reality of activating education technology in educational activities in general education schools in Kuwait is average. The results also confirmed that there are no statistically significant differences due to the gender impact in the two areas (facilities for the use of education technology in educational activities and teachers' attitudes towards the activation of teaching technology in educational activities) and the existence of Differences due to gender impact in the overall degree and two areas (support of the educational environment with technological tools and the use of technology in the planning and implementation of educational activities) in favour of females. The results also confirmed that there are no differences due to the impact of the education zone in the areas of facilities for the use of educational technology in educational activities and teachers' attitudes towards the activation of teaching technology in educational activities and the existence of Differences due to the impact of the education zone in the overall grade and two areas (support for the educational environment with technological tools and the use of technology in the planning and implementation of educational activities) in favour of the capital region; The results also confirmed that there are obstacles to the activation of education technology in educational activities, the most important being the lack of qualified teachers to activate education technology and The lack of time for creative and technological activities, and the lack of technological means within classes.
