المستخلص: استهدف المقال عرض تقرير عن المنتدى الدولي الخامس للعلاقات الصينية مع آسيا والشرق الأوسط والمنعقد في الفترة من 24 إلى 25 سبتمبر 2016 بدعوة من مركز دراسات الشرق الوسط التابع لجامعة شنغهاي الصين. خصص اليوم الأول للجلسة الافتتاحية الصباحية البروتوكولية التي بدأها نائب رئيس جامعة شنغهاي للدراسات الدولية فنج كينج هوا، حيث أعرب عن أهمية العلاقات الصينية مع الشرق الأوسط من الناحية التاريخية والتجارية والثقافية ليس في هذا القرن ولكن على مدى تطور الحضارات في المنطقة ضمن العالم القديم الذي اعتبر الحاضنة الأساسية للعالم الحديث. وتبع ذلك في الجلسة الافتتاحية كلمة رئيس جامعة شنغهاي للدراسات الدولية كاو ديمنغ التي تابع فيها الحديث عن الضرورات والمدلولات لعقد هذا المنتدى واستمرارية التعاون في هذا الإطار نحو إرساء عناصر التواصل التجاري والسياسي والثقافي ما بين هذه الأمم والأمة الصينية معربا في خطابه عن ضرورة طرح السبل ومناقشتها لغرض تعزيز المبدأ الذي تتّبعه الصين في بناء العلاقات المستقبلية مع بلدان الشرق الأوسط وبخاصة العربية منها. أما الكلمة الافتتاحية الترحيبية والأخيرة في هذه الجلسة فقد كانت لنائب رئيس معهد الدراسات الشرق الأوسطية الصينية لي ويي جيان وكانت برتوكولية شاملة استخلص فيها البحوث والدراسات والعلاقات الخاصة بالشرق الأوسط، وأوضح نتائجها الإيجابية التي اتسمت بعقد هذا المنتدى، ليعلن بعد ذلك بدء أعمال المنتدى لليوم الأول والذي جاء في جلستان صباحيتان رئيسيتان، وجلسات مسائية بلغ عددها عشر جلسات تحت خمسة عناوين رئيسية موزعة على أربع قاعات مختلفة، وكل قاعة عُرض فيها العديد من البحوث المتعلقة باختصاص ما. تخلل اليوم الثاني لفعاليات المنتدى جلستان صباحيتان فقط وجلسة الإعلان عن انتهاء الفعاليات. واختتم المقال بإشارة إلى معطيات ونتائج المنتدى مع مركز دراسات الوحدة العربية.

The aim of the article was to present a report on the Fifth International Forum on China's Relations with Asia and the Middle East, held in the period from 24 to 25 September 2016 at the invitation of the Center for Middle East Studies of Shanghai University of China. The first day was devoted to the protocol morning opening session initiated by Vice-Chancellor of the Shanghai University of International Studies, Feng King Hua. He expressed the importance of China's relations with the Middle East historically, commercially and culturally not in this century, but over the development of civilizations in the region within the old world, which is considered the basic incubator to the modern world. This was followed at the inaugural session by the speech of the Chancellor of the Shanghai University of International Studies, Cao Deming, in which he followed up on the necessity and significance of holding this forum and continuing cooperation in this framework towards establishing the elements of commercial, political and cultural communication between these nations and the Chinese nation. In addition, he declared in his speech the need to suggest and discuss ways for the purpose of promoting the principle followed by China in building future relations with the countries of the Middle East, especially the Arab ones. The final welcoming opening speech at this session was the speech of the vice president of the Institute of the Chinese-Middle Eastern Studies, Li Wei Jian, which was a protocol comprehensive session, in which he concluded research, studies and special relations in the Middle East and explained their positive results characterized by holding this forum. After that, he announce starting the forum's work for the first day, which were two main morning sessions and ten evening sessions under five main headings, distributed into four different halls, and in each hall it was presented several research relating to a specialization. The second day of the forum activities was permeated with only two morning sessions and the session of the announcement of the end of activities. The article concluded with a reference to the data and results of the forum with the Center for the Arab Unity Studies.
