المستخلص: لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة البحث في دلالات ومعاني وبنية الحضارة والتي أصبحت محل اهتمام الدارسين أفرادا ومراكز ومنظمات ودول على حد سواء، وذلك لما للمصطلح من أهمية وارتكازية في العلاقات الدولية لاسيما مع الدعوات الاقصائية المتعالية من برج عاجي، تعمد إلى النظر بدونية إلى الآخر وترى في نفسها أنها مركز الحضارات والأمم و بخاصة إذا ما عرفنا أن الكثير من الدراسات وبخاصة المتقدمة منها و التي انبت على إثرها الكثير من القرارات الاستراتيجية في سياساتها الخارجية وأقصد هنا الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و كتاب صامويل هانتغتون في كتابه صدام الحضارات و معاداته الصريحة للأمة و الحضارة الاسلامية بالاضافة ال دراسات فرانسيس فوكوياما وحديثه عن نهاية التاريخ وتجلى هذا فيما صدر عن الرئيس الأمريكي الذي أعلن -مباشرة عقب أحداث 11 سبتمبر- بأنها حرب صليبية باسم الحضارة الغربية وهنا تبرز واقعية صدام الحضارات و مثالية الدعوات التي تبناها الكثير من المفكرين و المراكز والمنظمات والدول ووصل الأمر إلى إعلان الأمم المتحدة 2001 عام حوار الحضارات والذي نراه قريبا من المثالية التي تجانب الواقع المعاش حتى وإن أثمر في بعض من جوانبه

Through this study, we have tried to look into the semantics, meanings, and structure of civilization, which have become the focus of the attention of scholars, individuals, centers, organizations and countries alike, because of the importance and centrality of the term in international relations, especially with the transcendental exclusionary calls from an Ivory Tower. She looks unwillingly at the other and sees itself as the centre of civilizations and nations, especially if we know that many studies, especially advanced ones, which have resulted in many strategic decisions in their foreign policies. And here I mean the United States of America and Samuel Huntington's book, The Clash of Civilizations, and his outright hostility to the Islamic Nation (Ummah) and the Islamic civilization, in addition to the studies of Francis Fukuyama and his talk about the end of history. This was reflected in what was issued by the American President, who declared Right after the events of September 11, that it is a crusade in the name of Western civilization, and that is where the reality of the clash of civilizations and the idealism of calls is highlighted which was adopted by many intellectuals, centres, organizations and countries. The matter came to the United Nations Declaration 2001 as the Year of Dialogue of Civilizations, which we see close to an ideal that would avoid the current reality, even if it was fruitful in some aspects.
