|e \n\n هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر الأداء التدريسي على التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة في مؤسسات إعداد المعلم بدولة الكويت. واعتمد البحث على منهج المسح. واشتملت مجموعة البحث على 608 طالب وطالبة من الطلاب الملتحقين بمؤسسات إعداد المعلم بدولة الكويت. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في تطبيق استبيان. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على وجود علاقة بين كل من أداء عضو هيئة التدريس وبين متغيرات الحالة الاجتماعية للطلاب، حيث كانت هناك فروقا إحصائية في كل من المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية. كما أكدت النتائج على أن هناك علاقات قوية وتأثير ملحوظ للأداء التدريسي لعضو هيئة التدريس على التحصيل الدراسي للطلاب، وذلك من خلال العلاقة بين الأداء وبين التقديرات الدراسية التي يحصلون عليها. وأوصى البحث بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة للعمل على رفع كفاءة أعضاء هيئة التدريس واطلاعهم بشكل مستمر على نتائج تقييمات الطلاب لهم، مع إظهار مناطق القوة في ذلك التقييم للتأكيد عليها وتدعيمها، ومناطق الضعف والخلل في الأداء للتغلب عليها ومواجهتها. وضرورة توفير المناخ الملائم للطلاب وعضو هيئة التدريس لتحقيق بيئة علمية سليمة تتوافر فيها الشروط العلمية والبيئية والمجتمعية الملائمة لنجاح العملية التدريسية، ومن أهمها عدم تحميل عضو هيئة التدريس بأعباء إدارية وإشرافيه وأعمال امتحانيه روتينية، إضافة إلى أعماله الأساسية التدريسية والبحثية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f \n\nThe aim of the research is to identify the impact of teaching performance on student achievement in teacher preparation institutions in Kuwait. The research was based on the survey method. The research group included 608 male and female students, enrolled in teacher training institutions in Kuwait. The research tool represented in a questionnaire. The results of the research confirmed that there was a relationship between the performance of the faculty member and the variables of the social situation of the students, where there were statistical differences in both averages and standard deviations. The results also confirmed that there are strong relations and a significant impact on the teaching performance of the faculty member on the achievement of students, through the relationship between performance and the academic estimates they receive. The research recommended the need to hold specialized training courses to increase the efficiency of faculty members and to keep them updated on the results of students' assessments, showing areas of strength in that evaluation to emphasize and strengthen them, and areas of performance weakness and dysfunction to overcome and confront them. It recommended as well the need to provide a suitable environment for students and faculty members to achieve a sound scientific environment that meets the scientific, environmental and societal conditions appropriate for the success of the teaching process. The most important of these conditions is not to load the faculty member with administrative and supervisory burdens and routine test tasks in addition to his basic teaching and research duties.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n
