المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الخبرة الصادمة وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي في قطاع غزة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسلوب تحليل الحالة، وكانت أدوات الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة طبقت على (13) حالة، واستقصاء دراسة حالة طبق على (3) حالات. ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1. أن مستوى الخبرة الصادمة لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي بمحافظة الوسطى كان مرتفعاً. 2. الخبرة الصادمة الناجمة عن الإصابة بسرطان الثدي تؤثر سلباً على الصحة النفسية للمريضة، وأن الخبرة الصائمة ترتبط بتقدير الذات. 3. تبين أن هناك دورا للعوامل السياسية والثقافية في انتشار مرض سرطان الثدي. 4. تبين أن الأوضاع التي تعيشها مريضات سرطان الثدي صعبة من الجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية، لذا وجب على أسرتها تقديم المساندة الاجتماعية اللازمة. 5. الإغلاق المستمر للحواجز والمعابر حال دون استيراد أجهزة حديثة لعلاج مرض السرطان.

The study aimed at detecting the experience shocking and its relationship with self-esteem among breast cancer patients in the Gaza Strip, and to achieve the objectives of the study were used descriptive analytical method, and the method of analyzing the situation, and the tools of the study is a questionnaire applied to the (13) case, and survey the status dish (3 study) Halat.omn findings of the study: 1- The traumatic experience of breast cancer patients Central province level was high. 2- Traumatic experience caused by the incidence of breast cancer have a negative impact on the mental health of the patient and that the traumatic experience associated with self-esteem. 3- Show that there is a role of political and cultural factors in the spread of breast cancer. 4- Shows that the conditions experienced by breast cancer patients difficult from the psychological and social aspects must therefore be on her family to provide the necessary social support. 5- The continuing closure of the border crossings and checkpoints prevented the import of modem devices for the treatment of cancer.
