المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع دور بعض عناصر المنظومة التعليمية (المناهج الدراسية - المعلمين والمعلمات- الأنشطة المدرسية ) في تنمية انزعي السياحي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، من وجهة نظر الطلاب والمعلمين، والتعرف على مدى تأثير المتغيرات التالية: (النوع - التخصص الدراسي- مكان الإقامة) حول دور بعض عناصر المنظومة التعليمية (المناهج الدراسية - المعلمين والمعلمات- الأنشطة المدرسية) في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وتقديم بعض المقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تفعيل تلك العناصر في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب في المملكة العربية السعودية بما يتوافق مع طبيعة المجتمع السعودي،
واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي في هذه الدراسة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تكونت من (41) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، هي دور (المناهج الدراسية، المعلمين والمعلمات، الأنشطة المدرسية) في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب. بالإضافة إلى سؤالين مفتوحين أحدهما يتعلق بالمعوقات التي تحد من تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب والآخر يتعلق بمقترحات لتفعيل دور بعض عناصر المنظومة التعليمية في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها تم توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة التي بلغت (360) من طلاب وطالبات الصف الثالث الثانوي المقيدين بالمدارس الثانوية الحكومية والأهلية بإدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المذنب، ومعلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية بها لعام 1434 ه/ 1435 ه، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية بنسبة 25 % من المجتمع الأصلي، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام حزمة البرامج الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) المعروفة اختصارا ببرنامج (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
- واقع دور بعض عناصر المنظومة التعليمية (المناهج الدراسية - المعلمين والمعلمات- الأنشطة المدرسية) في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب بمحافظة المذنب من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة منخفض بشكل عام؛ أما على مستوى المحاور منفردة فهي تنازليا: واقع دور المعلمين والمعلمات في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى طلابهم، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام له (2.02)، يليه واقع دور المناهج الدراسية في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب، حيث بلغ متوسطه العام (1.93)، وأخيرا واقع دور الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب بمتوسط عام (1.84).
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب حول دور المناهج الدراسية ودور المعلمين والمعلمات في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب، تعزى لمتغير النوع.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب حول دور الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب، تعزى لمتغير النوع لصالح الطالبات.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب حول دور المناهج الدراسية في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب، تعزى لمتغير التخصص لصالح التخصص الأدبي.
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب حول دور المعلمين والمعلمات ودور الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية الوعي السياحي لديهم، تعزى لمتغير التخصص.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب حول دور كلا من المناهج الدراسية ودور المعلمين والمعلمات ودور الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب، تعزى لمتغير مكان الإقامة لصالح الطلاب المقيمين في القرى.
وبناء على ما ورد في الإطار النظري، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة عددا من المقترحات والتوصيات، والدراسات المقترحة في مجال تنمية الوعي السياحي لدى الطلاب.

The study aimed to identify the role of some elements of the educational system (curricula, teachers and school activities) in respect to the development of tourism awareness among secondary school students, from the point of view of students and teachers. It also sought to identify the impact of the following variables: Gender, specialization and place of residence, upon the role of some elements of the educational system (Curriculum, teachers and school Activities) in relation to the development of tourism awareness among secondary school students. That is in addition to presenting some proposals which could contribute to activating these elements in respect to the development of tourism awareness among students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in line with the nature of Saudi society.
The researcher followed the descriptive survey methodological approach in this study. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. It consisted of (41) sections distributed over three main topics, which were the role of curricula, teachers and school activities, in respect to developing tourism awareness among students. That was in addition to two open questions, one related to obstacles that limit the development of tourism awareness among students and the other related to proposals to activate the role of some elements of the educational system, in respect to the development of tourism awareness among secondary school students, from the point of view of the study sample members. After verification of its veracity and consistency, the questionnaire was distributed to the members of the study sample, which numbered 360 students of the third grade of secondary school enrolled in public and private secondary schools in the Department of Education in the governorate of Al-Mithnab, in addition to male and female secondary teachers there, during the 1434 A.H. - 1435 A.H academic year. 25% were selected randomly from the total original community, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences known as SPSS. The study reached the following conclusions:
- The reality of the role of some elements of the educational system (curricula - teachers - school activities) in respect to the development of tourism awareness among students in the governorate of Al-Muthnab, from the point of view of the members of the study sample, is of a low level, in general. As for the level of the topics, individually, then it is descending as follows: The reality of the role of teachers in respect to the development of tourism awareness among their students, where the overall average reached 2.02, followed by the reality of the role of curricula in respect to the development of tourism awareness among students, where the overall average was 1.93, and finally the reality of the role of school activities in respect to the development of tourism awareness, among students, was at an average of 1.84.
- There are no statistically substantiated differences among the responses of the members study sample, from the students, concerning the role of curricula and the role of teachers in relation to the development of tourism awareness among students, due to the gender variable.
- There are statistically substantiated differences among the responses of the members of the study sample, from the students, concerning the role of school activities in relation to the development of tourism awareness among students, due to the gender variable, in favor of female students.
- There are statistically substantiated differences among the responses of the members of the study sample, from the students, concerning the role of the study curriculum, in respect to the development of tourism awareness among students, attributable to the variable of specialization in favor of literary specialization.
- There are no statistically substantiated differences among the responses of the members of the study sample, from the students, concerning the role of the male and female teachers and the role of the school activities, in respect to the development of tourism awareness among them, attributable to specialization.
- There are statistically substantiated differences among the responses of the members of the study sample, from the students, concerning the roles of the study curricula, the male and female teachers and the school activities, in relation to the development of tourism awareness among the students, attributable to the variable of the place of residence, in favor of the students residing in the villages or (smaller) towns.
Based upon the theoretical framework and in the light of the findings of the study, the researcher presented a number of proposals and recommendations, in addition to suggested studies to be conducted in the area of developing tourism awareness among students.
