المستخلص: إن مسألة التعليم والمعلم والتربية تقف في مقدمة أوليات المرحلة الحالية لتطورنا، ولكي نستوعب ونتجاوز وضع الاختلاف والارتباك الذي يمكن أن تحدثه المعلوماتية والعولمة غير الموجهة في مسار وعينا وتحضرنا ونظمنا التربوية والتعليمية والتثقيفية ينبغي أن ندرك أن رسالة المعلم أو الأستاذ أصبحت اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى ذات أبعاد حضارية مصيرية شاملة وبالتالي فإعادة النظر في الأدوار الحضارية لمعلم التربية الفنية أصبح من المهام الكبرى للقيادات التعليمية والتربوية.. بصورة حتمية – ولما لفلسفة التعليم التربية الفنية وأهدافها دور حيوي في تحديد دور المعلم وآفاق وحدود دوره فإن إخفاقنا في صياغة الفلسفة والأهداف المناسبة للمجتمع ولمرحلة تطوره ووعيه سيؤدي إلى إشكالات خطيرة في مسيرة تعليم التربية الفنية ونجدها تسير الآن في التعليم الإعدادي إلى تهميش مادة التربية الفنية – لذا وجدت الباحثة ضرورة إعادة النظر في تجديد وتفعيل دور معلم التربية الفنية وفي فلسفة التعليم مستوعباً كل المعطيات والعوامل والمؤثرات الداخلية والخارجية التي تتحكم في المنظومة التعليمية، فالأمر ليس مجرد البحث عن التغيير والتجديد وذلك باعتباره نمواً طبيعياً وضرورياً لتفعيل فلسفة تعليم التربية الفنية ولتدعيم الدور الحضاري للمعلم لكي يرقي إلى مستوى الأحداث ليس فقط في معلوماته ومهاراته وخبراته وأدواته ولكن بالدرجة الأولى في وعيه وثقافته وخبرته وشخصية ورسالته كمعلم ومربي. ومن هنا يأتي سؤال البحث "كيف يمكن تحديد دواعي تجديد فلسفة تعليم التربية الفنية من خلال تفعيل الأدوار الحضارية للمعلم في عصر المعلوماتية الحديثة؟ وتأتي فروض البحث في (إمكانية تحديد دواعي تجديد فلسفة التعليم في التربية الفنية من خلال الاستفادة من وسائل المعلوماتية الحديثة، وأيضاً إمكانية وضع آفاق للأدوار الحضارية لمعلم التربية الفنية في ضوء المعلومات الحديثة) ويهدف البحث إلى (توضيح الأدوار الحضارية لمعلم التربية الفنية في ضوء عصر المعلوماتية الحديثة والارتقاء بمكانة التربية الفنية علمياً وفنياً...) واعتمدت منهجية البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الإطار النظري وتتضمن (مفهوم التجديد، مصادره وأهدافه، التعليم ودوره في التربية الفنية، آفاق تجديد أدوار معلم التربية الفني، آفاق وشروط تجديد الدور الحضاري لمعلم التربية الفنية ودراسة دور معلم التربية الفنية، والإطار العملي وتضمن تصميم مصفوفة تشمل عدة محاور (دواعي تجديد فلسفة التعليم في ميدان التربية الفنية، وفلسفة التعليم في ضوء المعلوماتية الحديثة) وتحليل المصفوفة ومحاورها واستخلاص النتائج.

The case of learning, teacher and education is standing at the head of the current stage priority of our development. We should realize that the message of the teacher or the professor becomes today not like any time with a general civilized destined dimensional purpose, to understand and pass the statement of the occupation and the confusion which can happen by the new information and globalization that affects on our awareness, modernism and the cultural, learning also educational systems. For that we should go back to see the civilized role of the Education Artistic teacher, which becomes the most important mission for the learning and educational leadership. The philosophy of teaching the education artistic plays a vital part to determinate the work of the teacher and the importance of his role, but we failed to make a form to the philosophy and its suitable aims up to the society and f its develop and awareness, which will lead to great problems at the education artistic march, for example at the preparatory school stage that aimed to ignore the subject of the education artistic. So the researcher found that its necessary to renew and reactive the role of the professor also the learning philosophy seeing all the data, motives and the internal and external effects which control in the educational community. Its not mentioned only to search for changing and renewing as considering a normal progress to reactive the philosophy of the education artistic and support the civilized role of the professor to raise up to the level of the acts not only in his information,skills,instruments, ,but also his awareness ,culture,experience,personality and his message as a teacher and educator for new generation. Here we ask a question how its possible to determinate the motives of renewing the philosophy of the education artistic through the reaction of the civilized parts of the teacher on the age of the modem technology? The supposes of the research come from the possibility of knowing the factors of renewing the educational philosophy in the artistic education with in make use of the modem informational ways and also showing the importance of the civilized roles for the teacher with using the modem information. The research refers to clear the the civilized parts to the teacher by the help of the modem information with the raising of teacher and the position of the artistic education .The methodology of the research depends on a described and analytic method through the theoric form and includes (the concept of the renewing, sources, goals, education and its role for artistic education ,ways of renew teacher part).The practical work includes a design with many direction(causes for renew the educational philosophy on the field of the artistic education, the conditions of acting the civilized role of the teacher, studing the teacher part and the philosophy of the education through the modem information) .Analyse the design and its elements also extracting the result.
