المستخلص: يركز البحث على مفهوم تأويل النص التاريخي وكيف ينبغي أن يكون ذلك الفهم في ظل المنهجية التاريخية الإسلامية المتوارثة، \ وانعكاسات ذلك على الكتابة التاريخية عموما وعلى النصوص التاريخية الخاصة بالسيرة النبوية تحديدا. إن أهمية موضوع البحث تنبع من كونه يرتكز على تبيان وصفي وتحليلي للمنهجية التي يجب أن يتبعها المؤرخ في تأويل النص، وأسلوبه في التعامل مع الرواية التاريخية، ومدى نجاحه في الوصول إلى الرواية الصحيحة أو الأقرب إلى الصحّة، والضوابط التي اعتمدها في الانتخاب والنقد والتحليل والتأويل، واكتشاف الأسباب الحقيقية للحدث، أي العناصر المختلفة التي أسهمت في صناعته، مع المعرفة التقريبية بنسبة الأثر الذي يمثله كل واحد من هذه العناصر. والسؤال الذي يسعى البحث لمعالجته هو إلى أي مدى يمكن للمؤرخ استخدام منهجية التأويل مع الحفاظ على السياق التاريخي والفهم المنهجي العلمي، وهل سيؤدي ذلك إلى فتوح علمية جديدة في الكتابة التاريخية. وتقوم هيكلية البحث على النحو الآتي: (المبحث الأول: مفهوم التأويل بين الإطار اللغوي والتوظيف التاريخي/ المبحث الثاني: تأويل النص التاريخ في ظل الأدوات المنهجية التاريخية/ المبحث الثالث: إمكانية تأويل النص التاريخي والحفاظ على السياق، السيرة النبوية مثالاً)، وسيتم الاعتماد في البحث على جملة من المصادر الأولية والمراجع والدراسات الحديثة.

The research focuses on the concept of interpreting the historical text and how it should be understood in the circumstances of the historical Islamic methodology inherited, and the implications of this on the historical writing in general and on the historical texts of the Prophet's biography specifically. That importance of the subject of the research stems from the fact that it's based on a descriptive and analytical explanation of the methodology that must be followed by the historian in interpreting the text, it's style in dealing with the historical narrative, it's success in reaching the correct or the closest to health, and the controls that adopted in election, criticism, interpretation, and the discovery of the real causes of the event, that different elements contributed to its industry, and the approximate knowledge of the proportion of the impact that each of these elements represents. The question that the research seeks to address is to what extent the historian can use the methodology of interpretation while preserving the historical context and understanding of scientific methodology, whether it will lead to a new scientific breakthrough in historical writing. The research structure is getting up as follows: (The first topic: The concept of interpretation between the linguistic framework and historical employment / the second topic: Interpretation of the text history under the historical methodological tools / the third topic: the possibility of interpreting the historical text and preserving the context, Biography of the Prophet example). The research will be based on a number of primary sources, references and recent studies.
