المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى رضا أسر الصم وضعاف السمع عن زراعة القوقعة لأطفالهم بمدينة الرياض، من أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (43) أسرة ممن لديهم أطفال زارعي القوقعة بمدينة الرياض, ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة التي تكونت من محورين رئيسيين شملت 15 عبارة تم استطلاع آرائهم فيها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: شعور أسر الصم وضعاف السمع بالرضا عن زراعة القوقعة لأطفالهم وتمثلت في تأييدهم لإيجابيات زراعة القوقعة لأبنائهم وأنها ساعدت على تحسين السمع لأطفالهم بعد الزراعة وتفسر هذه النتيجة بأن أسر الصم وضعاف السمع راضين عن الزراعة لأبنائهم ومؤيدين لها. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: التوسع في إلحاق الصم وضعاف السمع (زارعي القوقعة) منهم ببرامج الدمج الكلي في مدارس التعليم العام، تكثيف البرامج التدريبية للأسر الذين لديهم أطفال زارعي قوقعة، تكثيف التوعية اللازمة والتعريف بأهمية زراعة القوقعة لأسر الصم وضعاف السمع من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، تعيين أخصائي التواصل (السمع والنطق) ببرامج دمج العوق السمعي لتكثيف التأهيل السمعي واللغوي اللازم للأطفال زارعي القوقعة للاستفادة القصوى من الزراعة.

The study aimed to know the degree of satisfaction of the deaf families and hard of hearing for cochlear implants for their children in Riyadh, in order to achieve the goal of the study was the use of the descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of 43 families who have children Cochlear Implants in Riyadh, and to achieve the goal of this study was to use the questionnaire tool consisted of two main which included 15 words polled them, and the study found a range of results from the most important: the satisfaction of deaf families and hard of hearing about cochlear implants for their children which represented in their support for the pros cochlear implants for their children that helped to improve the hearing of their children after agriculture and explain this result that deaf and hard of hearing families are happy with agriculture for their children and they support it . One of the main recommendations of the research: the expansion of inflicting the deaf and hearing impaired (Cochlear Implants), including total integration in the schools of general education programs, intensify training programs for families who have children growers cochlea, the intensification of awareness necessary and publicize the importance of cochlear implants for the deaf families and hearing impaired through various media, set communication specialists (speech and hearing) Integration of auditory disability program To intensify the auditory and linguistic rehabilitation for the Children who had Cochlear Implants to make the most benefit of the implants.
