|a عندما نؤمن تجدد الأجيال فإننا نؤمن الاستمرار بشروط أفضل ومستقبل طموح، وإذا كانت تلك الأهداف هي مفاتيح التنمية المستدامة فإن حماية الأمومة تندرج ضمن الخيط الناظم لهذه المفاتيح بوصفها الجوهرة الأكثر بريقا\nولذلك كانت منظمة العمل الدولية واعية كل الوعي بحماية الأمومة والإنجاب من خلال الاتفاقيات المبرمة. وعلى غرار التشريعات الدولية تدخل المشرع المغربي في القوانين المتعلقة بالشغل بعدة مقتضيات راعت ضرورة ضمان الانسجام بين مهمة الأمومة والنشاط المهني بما يضمن عدم اتخاذ الدور البيولوجي للمرأة في استمرارية النسل الإنساني سببا للتمييز والا يشكل عرقلة في وجه ممارسة النساء لحقهن في العمل.
