The Palestinian cause consider the most important modern world issues, which affect and are affected most of the events at the regional and international level, and with start of chaos so-called Arab Spring in late 2010, the Palestinians hope it may towards to the best for their issues, including the Syrian conflict, which began in March 15 / March 2011 Dera’a city. The study came in several sections, in the first section, brief history of the Palestinian presence in Syria in the period 1948-2011, the second section, the Palestinian position on the conflict, which became divided on himself, and the third section focused effects of the Palestinian position towards the conflict in Syria. The importance of this study is that it has a modern and being one of the few studies that have addressed the Palestinian position of conflict, especially in light of variation Palestinian position, which was formed to build on the links parties and the Palestinian leadership and factions of the Palestine Liberation Organization to the Syrian regime and regional and international system positions. The most important conclusions drawn from the study include that the outbreak of the Syrian conflict was a Bullet of mercy, which Hamas drove out of the so-called Treaty of opposition or resistance by adopting opposition to the Syrian regime. And adopting both Turkey and Qatar for Hamas’s’ leadership as for most of the PLO factions own position, and shape of the position of president of the Palestinian Authority and Fatah, Mahmoud Abbas, the most balanced position, as announced from the outset stand of neutrality and perhaps it stems from Yasser Arafat's experience in the second Gulf War. And the presence of a large number of Palestinian refugees in Syria, it is natural that these refugees events in the Syrian arena is affected by it and the reflection of the Palestinian political positions on them, and I Palestinian Syria's suffered the second Nakba in Syria after the Nakba of 1948 at all levels and the best example of this Yarmouk camp and what happened in it.. This research has come out with several recommendations, that the formation of committees and organizations to follow up on Palestinians in Syria, Permanent pager UNRWA to stand at their responsibilities towards the Palestinian Syria, and that the Palestinian leadership of various backgrounds taking into consider that the Palestinians in Syria affected by the political of their position on the Syrian conflict and the Palestinian issue is still in the national liberation period.
