|a تناولت في هذا البحث (أثر تعارض إقرار النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم وأفعاله وأقواله وإقراراته "دراسة تطبيقية أصولية") عدة أمور، تحدثت فيها عما يأتي: أولاً: الجانب النظري؛ وفيه بيان المفاهيم الأساسية من تعريف التعارض والترجيح، ومعرفة ركن المعارضة، وطرق دفع التعارض. ثانياً: الجانب العملي؛ وفيه بيان تعارض القول والإقرار، وصور اختلاف القول والإقرار، وتعارض الفعل والإقرار، وتعارض إقرار وإقرار آخر، وما فيه من إيقاع الأمثلة عليها، وكيفية دفع التعارض الظاهري بينها.
