|f This article seeks to clarify the role of abuse. The credibility of psychodynamic treatments goes back to the in-depth work undertaken by the analyst during long-term psychological care. This article seeks to clarify the importance of treatment derived from short-term psychoanalysis and based on Gilliéron's theoretical pattern. Through a high-level case study, the specific contexts, which are involved in the designation of short-term psychoanalytic therapy, were highlighted. That is whilst acknowledging that the initial encounters determine the therapeutic goal and the course of treatment. |d Le crédit accordé aux psychothérapies psycho dynamiques revient en général au travail en profondeur, effectué grâce au suivi à long terme.\nNous tenterons ici de montrer l’intérêt que représente l’une des variantes de ces thérapies. Un intérêt qui réside essentiellement dans la réduction des délais de prise en charge, tout en s’adressant à la dynamique psychique.\nLa présentation du cas clinique de Samia s’inspire du modèle théorique de Gilliéron.\nNotre objectif étant de mettre en évidence les processus spécifiques participant à la mise en place de la thérapie et\nimposés par les limites du temps.\nLe travail thérapeutique consistera à dégager, au cours des premières rencontres avec la patiente, l’hypothèse psycho dynamique brève, appelée à circonscrire l’objectif thérapeutique et à poser l’indication.\nNous nous proposons également au cours de cet article d’interroger un des facteurs dynamiques qui entre en jeu dans ce type d’intervention brève ; à savoir le contre transfert.\nIl s’agira alors de rappeler l’opportunité d’utilisation, sur le plan méthodologique, d’un outil d’évaluation du contre transfert et de sa mise à l’épreuve à partir du cas Samia
