المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في بناء مجتمع المعرفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية عجلون الجامعية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية عجلون الجامعية والبالغ عددهم (100) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (48) فقرة وزعت على محاور الدراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - وجود درجة متوسطة لدور جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في بناء مجتمع المعرفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية عجلون الجامعية في جميع مجالات الدراسة. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في بناء مجتمع المعرفة في جميع المجالات (بناء وتوليد المعرفة، نشر المعرفة، توظيف المعرفة) تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي). - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في بناء مجتمع المعرفة في مجالات (بناء وتوليد المعرفة، توظيف المعرفة) تبعا لمتغير (الخبرة)، باستثناء مجال نشر المعرفة وكانت بين (1-5) سنوات و (11 سنة-فما فوق)، ولصالح (1-5) سنوات.

The role of AL Balqa Applied University in Building up a community Knowledge from the Perspective the Teaching Staff in Ajloun University College This study aimed to identify the role of AL Balqa Applied University in building up a community knowledge- from the Perspective of the teaching staff in Ajloun University College The study sample consisted of all staff in Ajloun University College totaling (100) A questionnaire has been developed consistig of (48) items distributed into the study areas. The findings of the study showed that there was a medium degree for the role of AL Balqa Applied University in building up a community knowledge from the Perspective of the teaching staff in Ajloun University College in all domain of the study. In addition* the study indicated that there were no statistically sigificant differences in the sample of the study for the role of AL Balqa Applied University in building up a community knowledge in all domains (building up and generating knowledge spreading knowledge functioning knowledge) attributed to the variables of the study (sex & academic qualification). Moreover the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample estimations for the role of AL Balqa Applied University in building up a community knowledge in the domains (building up and generating knowledge and functioning knowledge) attributed to the domain of (expererience) except for the domain of spreading the knowledge which was between (1-5) years and (11 years and above) in favor of (1-5) years.
