|a إن تسليط الضوء على موضوع التعاون الاورو متوسطي ينطلق من دور الفواعل في منطقه المتوسط، في سياق ترسيخ مقاربة "الكل الأمنى "بشعار المتوسط منطقة آمنة في عالم أفضل ، حيث من مصلحة بلدان منطقة المتوسط تحقيق الامن والاستقرار في المنطقة، وذلك في ظل التعاون والتنافس الذي تشهده المنطقه. ما يقودنا إلى طرح الاسئلة التالية ماهي أهم الفواعل في المنطقه الاورو متوسطيه؟ وما طبيعة العلاقة بينها؟ وما دورها في تحقيق الأمن والسلم في المنطقة؟، وللإجابة على هذه الاسئلة يتم تحليل الموضوع من خلال محورين أساسيين. المحور الأول: العلاقات الاورو متوسطية من الجيوتاريخية إلى تعقد الوضع الدولي المحور الثاني: مسار برشلونة والتحديات الأمنية فى المنطقة الاورو متوسطية

|b shedding a light on the Euro-Mediterranean collaboration topic begins with highlighting the role of the actors in the Mediterranean zone in the context of emphasizing the entirely security-oriented approach under the slogan” the Mediterranean is a safe zone in a better world” where the main interest of the Mediterranean countries is assuring security and stability in the region in the atmosphere of collaboration and competition that the zone witnesses. This leads us to ask the following questions: what are the main actors in the Euro-Mediterranean zone? What kind of relations exists between them? What are their roles in achieving peace in the region? To answer these questions we will analyze the topic from to aspects. The first aspect is: the Euro-Mediterranean relations from the geo-historical perspective to the complication of the international situation. The second aspect: Barcelona Process and security challenges in the Euro-Mediterranean zone.
