المستخلص: تتمركز هذه الدراسة حول موضوع اثر سياسات سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات في الدول النامية والذي سنتعرض فيه كل ما يتعلق بموضوعي سعر الصرف وسياساته وكذا ميزان المدفوعات، ولتبيين أثر السياسات المنتهجة في الجزائر على ميزان مدفوعاتها كعملية التخفيض في الفترة 1989 و 1998 بالتحليل وللفترة 1999 و 2014 بالقياس الإحصائي، وذلك لمحاولة معرفة مدى تحقيق هذه السياسات للأهداف والغايات المسطرة من طرف الدولة، إيجابياتها ولوجود حلول إذا كانت هناك مشاكل متعلقة بالموضوع، من خلال معالجة الإشكالية المطروحة في الدراسة أدناه.

This study focuses on the issue of the impact of exchange rate policies on the balance of payments in developing countries, in which we will discuss all the issues related to the exchange rate and policies as well as the balance of payments. And To analyze the impact of Algeria's policies on its balance of payments, such as the 1989 and 1998 reduction process, and for the period between 1999 and 2014 in statistical terms and that is in order to try to determine the extent to which these policies achieve the goals and objectives set by the State; Its advantages and the existence of solutions if there are problems related to the topic, by addressing the problem presented in the study below.
