المستخلص: تعمل هذه الدراسة علي استعراض النظام الاقتصادي العالمي والمهددات التي تواجه الدول والشركات في الدول النامية. الهدف الرئيس لهذا البحث هو دراسة الإطار العام للعلاقة بين السودان والمصالح الدولية، بما يؤدي إلى تحقيق مصالح عادلة لكافة الأطراف. اهم نتائج البحث تمثلت في اهمية بناء شراكة دولية تجمع بين الموارد الطبيعية والموقع الجغرافي والتقنية الحديثة ورؤوس الأموال والحصص الاستراتيجية في الأسواق العالمية، تقود لتحقيق مصالح عادلة لكافة الأطراف.

This study reviews the international economic order and the threats faces the developing countries and the companies in such countries . The main target of this research is to study the frame work of the relationship between Sudan and the international powers which leads to maintain rights of all parties > The study conducted that The correct way, for Sudan, to enter the twenty' first century should be through an international formula that comprises: natural resources, excellent geographic locations, strategic international market shares, technology and experience, finance with soft conditions, and scientific methodologies that allow for quality production and inexpensive prices. Such a formula will maintain rights of all parties, and allow for a just exchange of interests, and thus, achieving sound international economy with positive reflections on social aspects and aspirations of people.
