هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أحكام المباهلة في الفقه الإسلامي. وتكونت الدراسة من ستة مباحث . تناول المبحث الأول المراد بالمباهلة في اللغة والاصطلاح. بينما تطرق المبحث الثاني الى المباهلة في القرآن الكريم. كما ناقشت الدراسة حكم المباهلة في المبحث الثالث. وكذلك محل المباهلة في المبحث الرابع. وركز المبحث الخامس على شروط المباهلة. وأخيرا ناقشت الدراسة عاقبة المباهلة في المبحث السادس. وخلصت الدراسة الى أن المباهلة هي اجتماع اثنين أو أكثر إذا اختلفوا في شيء فيخلصوا ويجتهدوا في الدعاء واللعن على الكاذب. وقد وقعت المباهلة في القرآن الكريم في أكثر من حالة أبرزها طلب المباهلة من نصارى نجران وقد ذكر القرآن الكريم أمثلة أخرى للمباهلة مع مشركي مكة ومع اليهود. وأشارت كذلك الى عدم خصوصية المباهلة بالنبي صلى الله عليه سلم بل هي مشروعة لجميع المسلمين بعده أما محل المباهلة فأكثر الأبواب التي طرقت فيها المباهلة هي أبواب العقائد. بالإضافة الى جواز قيام المباهلة في الفروع الفقهية وثمت شروط للمباهلة أمكن استخلاصها من القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية وبعض الآثار منها إخلاص النية لله تعالى، والعلم بأدلة المسألة المطروحة للنقاش واشتمال العلم على المعرفة المتخصصة بكتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المسألة المختلف فيها والعلم بأدلتها وشبهاتها والرد عليها. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed at shedding light on the judgments of Mubahala "cursing" in the Islamic jurisprudence. The study consisted of six topics. The first topic dealt with al-Mubahala in language and terminology. The second topic tackled the mubahala in the Holy Quran. The study also discussed the judgment of mubahala in the third topic. The fourth topic handled the position of mubahala. The fifth topic focused on its conditions. Finally, the study discussed the consequences of mubahala in the sixth topic. The study concluded that the mubahala is the gathering of two or more people when they disagree on something, they indict and curse the liar vigorously. The mubahala in the Holy Quran occurred in more than one case, the most prominent of which was the request for mubahala from the Christians of Najran. The Holy Qur'an mentioned other examples of the mubahala with the polytheists of Mecca and the Jews. It also pointed out that mubahala is not specific to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), but it is lawful for all Muslims after him. Moreover, the position of mubahala is in the sections of doctrines. In addition, the permissibility of mubahala is mentioned in the branches of jurisprudence, and the conditions of mubahala can be extracted from the Holy Quran, the Prophetic Hadiths and some effects, including the dedication of intentions to Allah, the Almighty. Furthermore, the conditions include as well recognizing the evidence of the issue of discussion and the inclusion of science on specialized knowledge of the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace be upon him, concerning the controversial matter, its suspicions and views of them.
