تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في بيان مفهوم الابتكار في الإسلام ومنهجية إدارته، وبحث العلاقة بين مبدأ التوقف عند النصوص الشرعية بعد اكتمال التشريع وانقطاع الوحي، وبين حق الاجتهاد والابتكار الفكري، وما ينتج عن ذلك من إيجاد الحلول التي تساهم في مواجهة متطلبات ومستجدات العصر في كافة المجالات التي يحتاجها الناس وفي كل زمان ومكان. وهدفت الدراسة إلى إثبات النصوص التي أسست لحق الابتكار الفكري، وبحث العلاقة بين ثبات النصوص الشرعية ومسائل الاجتهاد باعتبارها نوعا من الابتكار والتجديد، وإثبات ذم الإسلام للجمود والتقليد الأعمى، وتقديم نماذج واقعية تؤكد التطبيق العملي لابتكارات علماء الإسلام على مر العصور حتى يومنا هذا. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال دراسة الموضوع في المصادر والمراجع المتوفرة في المكتبة الإدارية والإسلامية. وجاءت الدراسة بثلاثة مباحث، فكان المبحث الأول: مبحث تمهيدي، تناول تعريف الابتكار والاجتهاد والتقليد وعلاقة ذلك بالابتكار الفكري ومنهجية إدارة الابتكار في الإسلام. والمبحث الثاني تناول تشجيع الإسلام للابتكار وذم الجمود والتقليد الأعمى، وتناول مباحث متعلقة بدلالة القرآن والسنة على تشجيع الابتكار الفكري وذم الجمود والتقليد، والمبحث الثالث تناول نماذج واقعية للابتكار في الإسلام، من خلال استعراض نماذج واقعية من عصر النهضة الإسلامية، ونقل المقولات عن مشاهير علماء الغرب والشرق في أثر الحضارة الإسلامية في الحضارة العالمية في المشرق والمغرب، وكذا استعراض بعض التطبيقات المعاصرة للحلول التي قدمها علماء الإسلام في العصر الحديث. ومن أهم النتائج التي أفرزتها الدراسة: إثبات أن الإسلام شرع للابتكار من خلال الاجتهاد والإبداع الفكري، وأنه يمنع من الجمود والتقليد الأعمى غير المبني على الحجج والبراهين، وأثبتت العلاقة الوطيدة بين مفهومي الاجتهاد والابتكار الفكري، وأن الإسلام شرعه لمواكبة مستجدات الحياة المعاصرة باعتباره صالحا لكل زمان ومكان من خلال الموازنة بين ثبات النصوص الشرعية وقدسيتها، وبين الحاجة إلى الابتكار والتجديد لتلبية الاحتياجات المتنوعة في كل الأزمنة والعصور، وأكدت الدراسة أن الاجتهاد والابتكار الفكري من أصول الدين، وأن علماء الإسلام في الأزمنة المعاصرة قادرون علي تقديم الحلول العملية لمشكلات العالم المعاصر استنادا إلى منهج أسلافهم، إذا استوعبوا تاريخهم وسلكوا طريقهم. كما أثبتت الفضل الكبير للحضارة الإسلامية على حضارة العالم شرقا وغربا ابتداء من القيم والأخلاق، ومرورا باللغة والآداب، وانتهاء بالعلوم التطبيقية والاختراعات المعاصرة. ومن أبرز توصيات الدراسة: العناية بدراسة المنهج الإسلامي في الابتكار الفكري، ودراسة التاريخ الإسلامي في عصر النهضة ومعرفة اثر ذلك في حياة البشرية والنهضة المعاصرة، كما أوصت برفض التفكير الانهزامي للمثقفين من المسلمين الذي يكرس خرافة أن الإسلام سبب تأخر المسلمين، واستعادة الثقة بعلمائهم وتاريخهم، وتكوين مكتبة سلامية متخصصة بالتنقيب والتخريج والترجمة والنشر للتراث العلمي والفكري لعلماء الإسلام في عصر النهضة، وإدراج ابتكاراتهم في المناهج الدراسية سعيا لتقديمهم كقدوات وأمثلة يحتذى بها في طريق النهضة المعاصرة.
The problem of the study lies in the statement of the concept of innovation in Islam and its administration methodology; investigating the relationship between the principle of stopping at religious provisions after the legislation is complete and revelation is interrupted، and the right of diligence and intellectual innovation; and in the solutions that contribute to cope with the requirements of the current developments in all fields people need in every time and place. The study aims at confirming the provisions that constitute the right of intellectual innovation, investigating the relationship between religious provisions stability and diligence issues as a sort of innovation and renewal, demonstrating the defamation of Islam to the deadlock and mimicry, and providing realistic examples confirming the practical application of Islamic scholars' innovations throughout the ages to the present day. The study uses the descriptive analytical methodology by studying the topic through the sources and references available in the Administrative & Islamic Library. The study consists of three chapters. under each chapter many parts that the first chapter is introductory for the study. It addresses the definitions of innovation, diligence and mimicry, and the relationship of that with the intellectual innovation as well as the methodology of innovation management in Islam. The second chapter talks about the Islam encouragement for innovation and defamation of deadlock and mimicry. It also tackles some issues related to Qur'an and Sunnah evidence which encourage intellectual innovation and condemn deadlock and mimicry. The third chapter presents realistic examples of innovation in Islam, through reviewing realistic examples of Islamic Renaissance era. It transfers some statements of Eastern and Western scholars celebrities, which show the effect of Islamic civilization on the world civilization and the East and the West as well. The chapter then reviews some of the contemporary applications of the solutions provided by the Islamic scholars in the modern era. The most important findings of the present study prove that Islam legislates innovation through diligence and intellectual creativity. Islam also prevents deadlock and mimicry which are not based on cogency and evidence. The findings also have revealed that there is a strong relationship between the concept of diligence and intellectual innovation that Islam has legislated it to keep abreast of the developments in contemporary life as valid for every time and place. And through balancing the religious provisions and sanctity stability, and the need for innovation and renewal to meet the diverse needs of all times and ages, the study has confirmed that the diligence and intellectual innovation are of Islam fundamentals, and the Islamic scholars of modern times are able to provide practical solutions to the problems of the contemporary world according to the approach of their ancestors, if they really perceive their history and go the right way. It also proved the great merit of Islamic civilization on the East and West world civilization, starting from values and morals through language and literature ending with the Applied Sciences and contemporary inventions. The main recommendations of the study are to study Islamic curriculum regarding intellectual innovation and Islamic history in the Renaissance era to see the impact of that on human life and contemporary Renaissance. It is also recommended that revolution should be led on the defeatist thinking of Muslims Intellectuals who establish a myth that Islam is the cause of Muslims delay. People should also restore confidence in their scientists and history, build an Islamic library specialized in exploring, graduating, translating and publishing the scientific and intellectual heritage of Islamic scholars during the Renaissance era, and to include their innovations in the curriculums in order to present them as role models to be imitated through the contemporary Renaissance.
