This study aims to demonstrate that the basis of the divine speech is built on moderation, compassion and principles before branches putting the most important issues ahead to the less important ones. The speech also addresses the people according to their mentality. Islam is a purpose-built religion that escalates the people from their heritages step by step to the right way using methods that respect the human being who is privileged with comprehension and perception. Islamic speech also includes the use of mentality and authorized transcripts , guiding the people consciously to God after convincing them with the monotheism doctrine to Allah then it mentions the obligations that are stated by the Islamic Shari'a laws. The researcher had followed the descriptive analytical method in this study to get to the depth of the research's topic, treat negative phenomena and to suggest viable solution. The study Also landed a number of results that were included, beside recommendations that the researcher believes in their importance in the cotemporary Islamic presurization speech, in addition to the references on which the researcher had based this study on.
هدفت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أساس الخطاب الذي مصدره الوحي أنه بني على الوسطية والاعتدال والرفق وتقديم الأهم على المهم والأصول على الفروع كما أنه يخاطب الناس على قدر عقولهم والإسلام دين مقاصد ينقل الناس من مورثاتهم التي ألفوها بالتدرج ثم يرقى بهم إلى الحق مستخدماً في ذلك الأسلوب الذي يحترم الإنسان الذي كرمه الله تعالى بالعقل كما أن الخطاب الدعوي يحمل في ثناياه استخدام العقل والنقل ليسوق الناس إلى ربهم راشدين بعد إقناعهم بعقيدة التوحيد لله رب العالمين قبل أن يطرق لهم أبواب التكاليف التي يلزم بها الشرع المسلمين. وقد نهج الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى عمق موضوع البحث وعلاج الظواهر السالبة واقتراح الحل الناجع كما أن البحث رسا على عدد من النتائج التي أدرجت في صلب هذا البحث بجانب التوصيات التي يرى الباحث أنها ذات أهمية في خطابنا الدعوي المعاصر بجانب المراجع التي استند عليها الباحث في هذا البحث.
