المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن تأثير السمات الابتكارية ومفهوم الذات على الشعور بالانتماء لدى طالبات الدراسات العليا بجامعة السويس، وكذلك الكشف عن تأثير دال للتفاعلات بين السمات الابتكارية ومفهوم الذات على الانتماء لطالبات الدراسات العليا بجامعة السويس، وتحقيقا لهذين الهدفين فقد تم تطبيق مقاييس الدراسة التي أعدها الباحث الحالي وهي: 1-مقياس السمات الابتكارية "المتغير المستقل". 2-مقياس مفهوم الذات "المتغير الوسيط". 3-مقياس الانتماء "المتغير التابع" على عينة من طالبات الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة السويس قوامها (209) طالبة بمتوسط عمر قدره (27.56) وانحراف معياري قدره (4.77). وأسفرت النتائج عن ما يلى: 1-وجود ارتباط موجب ودال إحصائيا بين السمات الابتكارية ومفهوم الذات والانتماء 2-يعتمد التغير في درجات الانتماء على التغير في السمات الابتكارية 3-يعتمد التغير في درجات الانتماء على التغير في الدرجة الكلية لمفهوم الذات 4-يوجد تأثير للتفاعلات دال إحصائيا-جزئيا-بين الدرجة الكلية للسمات الابتكارية و(الدرجة الكلية-الدرجات الفرعية) لمفهوم الذات على الانتماء.

The present research aims to detect the impact of creative traits (independent variable) and self-concept (mediator) to belong variable for graduate females students at the University of Suez, as well as the disclosure of the effect of the interactions between the creative traits and the self- concept of (dimintions- total score) on affiliation for graduate females students at the University of Suez. To achieve these two goals has been applied to the study by this researcher measures, namely: a measure of creative traits (independent variable) and self-concept (mediator variable) and belonging (the dependent variable) on a sample of graduate students-strong (209 females students), Faculty of Education, University of Suez has an average age of a time frame (27.56) and a standard deviation of (4.77). And resulted in the results for the following: \ 1-The existence of correlation is positive statistically significant relationship at the level (0-01) between the total score for each of the creative traits and self-concept and affiliation \ 2- change in the degree of affiliation dependent on the change in the total score of the creative traits at the level of (0.05) \ 3- The change in the grades of belonging depends on the change in the total score of self-concept at the level of (0-05) \ 4- There is impact of the interactions statistically significant at the level (0-05) between the total score of the creative traits and (dimintions- total score) to the self -concept on the affiliation. \
