This research aims to identify and determine the impact of strategies of integration and merger in the global oil industry and the importance of these strategies for oil companies, so the integration and merger represent the most important economic phenomena of our time so the integration and merger that took business organizations generally and oil companies specially over the last years won a great deal of interest due to the volume of operations that have been and what was produced by the new giant oil companies that have contributed to the changing nature of competitiveness in the global oil industry, as the integration and merger no longer an option but the oil companies have to follow this strategy in a bid to restructuring in accordance with the new rules and modalities which it is insure the competitive midst of globalization and fluctuations in crude oil prices. This research concluded group the most important results of the integration and merger to achieve the advantages and benefits of many of the oil companies and also helps to increase the strength and the expands of companies and to compete, especially in light of the decrease in crude oil prices … |
