Moroccan economic diplomacy has grown since royal instructions encouraged Moroccan economic operators to penetrate the markets of Sub Saharan African countries. To ensure this penetration it is necessary to master the maritime supply chain thanks to an innovative maritime policy based on consensus and supported by reliable economic diplomacy. The aim of this paper is to try to answer the following question : what ought to be done in order to master the maritime supply chain between Morocco and Sub Saharan African countries? |
