المستخلص: Unlike the globalization of the markets and economies, the North-South transfer of the international best practices in entrepreneurship collects characteristics of the economic policies, cultural and institutional of the countries of the South. If it is true that it Oneself tests itself in and by the glance of the Other, these best practices raise the question concerning the positioning of the countries of the South as an object or a subject of these transfers. Such is the object of this research task: to evaluate the transfer of the method “Economic Competences and Formation to the Entrepreneurial Spirit” (CEFE) to the Moroccan University taking into consideration North-South partnership durable and innovating.
