520		\|b The crisis of confidence in the administration in Arab countries is symptomatic. Deep constraints and reasons for the distrust of citizens in public administration are multiple and complex. They reside particularly in the predominance of the culture of rent, lack of stability, inflation in arms spending, terrorism, the scourge of corruption, the deficit in the formulation of public policies and the lack of a evaluation culture in society. The author through the case of economic diplomacy advances ten recommendations that could improve the performance of the administration in these countries.
