520		\|b This article will focus on the main aspects of the public private partnership - PPP - which constitute the basis for the new way of the public services network’s management, then. It will specify the financial issues and open some perspectives. Admittedly, this new mode of governance was effective in several plans, but it remains strongly criticized due, particularly, to the divergent interests between the public authorities and the firm. To circumvent these difficulties, the regulation is designed as a tool of reorganization and redistribution of responsibilities, on both sides, to ensure potential adjustments.
