|a Praise be to God, who bestowed the success and the assistance on this effort, the almighty God who known with generosity, guiding the worshipers to the straight path and a chaotic hearts to salvation, he has a great grace upon us I recognize him as survivor, who has been saved from drowning, blessings and peace be upon his the messenger, the trustworthy, and his pure family and his righteous companions , and I double my thanks for guiding to complete this research, hoping for other deeds to be accepted. It is worth admirable that the researcher has found among his hands this topic (the financial rights and the civil social on the relatives in the holy Quran) it has a huge impact on the daily lives in term of the financial rights and the social rights, and this is why I consider this topic is very important issue. This research has two sections:- First section: in this section discuss many rights which are belonging to the husband, spouse and parent. This section contain four chapters, each chapter has two researches. In the Second section discussing the social rights, with three chapters and six researches, where the researcher discuss in chapter one the relatives rights from the financial point, In chapter two discuss the relatives rights from the social point, in chapter three discuss the relatives rights from the Islamic point of view. In the conclusion, the importance of the results and recommendation which is has been discussed by the researcher throughout his survey.
