The article aimed to highlight the publications of Kuwait as a beacon of knowledge and reflection of the Islamic culture. The article also pointed out that the selection of Kuwait as the capital of the Islamic culture for 2016 had a special taste and a sign, because who follow the history of Kuwait in all areas of acquaintance through the printed or the media in general, will clearly notice its valued and influential role, and the efforts of the Kuwaitis to spread this culture and employ all the potential for this Noble purpose. The article as well pointed out that the large number of the Islamic cultural publications is the best evidence to make Kuwait a beacon of knowledge and the capital of the Islamic culture in the Arabian Gulf, in addition to highlighting the value of the Islamic culture, which is in the interest of the Islamic nation and help them to penetrate the spaces of dialogue of cultures in exchange for the use of the powerful to impose their culture on the weak under the pretexts of globalization and the clash of civilizations. The results of the article confirmed that the Islamic culture has intervened to correct many of the concepts in the acts of worship, transactions and news, it was as a rearrangement of the human inside in his thought and conscience, and therefore the current interest is in this culture and its discussion through the establishment of festivals in the various Islamic countries, and the transfer of the capital of culture from country to a country must bear fruit one day.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
استهدف المقال تسليط الضوء على إصدارات الكويت كمنارة معرفية وانعكاس للثقافة الإسلامية. كما أوضح المقال ان اختيار الكويت كعاصمة للثقافة الإسلامية لعام 2016 كان له مذاق خاص، ودلالة لأن من يتتبع تاريخ الكويت في كل مجالات التعارف من خلال المطبوع أو الإعلام عموما، سيلاحظ بوضوح دورها المقدر والمؤثر، وجهود أبناء الكويت في نشر هذه الثقافة وتوظيف كل الإمكانات لهذا الغرض النبيل. كما أشار المقال إلى أن كثرة الإصدارات الثقافية الإسلامية تعد خير دليل علي جعل الكويت منارة للمعرفة وعاصمة للثقافة الإسلامية في الخليج العربي. بالإضافة إلى إبراز قيمة الثقافة الإسلامية والتي تصب في صالح الأمة الإسلامية وتساعدهم على اقتحام فضاءات حوار الثقافات في مقابل لجوء الأقوياء إلي فرض ثقافتهم على الضعفاء تحت دعاوي العولمة، وصراع الحضارات. وجاءت نتائج المقال مؤكدة على أن الثقافة الإسلامية قد تدخلت لتصويب كثير من المفاهيم في العبادات والمعاملات والأخبار، فكانت بمثابة إعادة ترتيب للداخل الإنساني في فكره ووجدانه، ولذلك فإن الاهتمام الحالي بهذه الثقافة ومداولتها عبر إقامة المهرجانات في مختلف البلاد الإسلامية، وانتقال عاصمة الثقافة من بلد إلى بلد لابد ان تؤتي ثمارها في يوم من الأيام. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
