|a هدف هذ البحث إلى تعرف درجة مساهمة الجامعات الأردنية في تطوير أداء مديري المدراس في تنيه الشركاء مع المجتمع المحلي من وجهة نظر المديرين أنفسهم، وأثر متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة، باستخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي التحليلي. وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، تطوير أداة اشتملت على (35) فقرة تم توزيعها علي أفرد العينة البالغ عددها (57) مديرا ومديرة. وأظهر البحث أن درجة مساهمة الجامعات في تطوير أداء المجيرين في المجال الإداري كانت متوسطة بمتوسط (1.70)، ومنخفضة في المجالين؛ الفني والعلاقات الإنسانية بمتوسط (1.52) و(1.50) على التوالي. وعدم وجود فروق في المجال الإداري، ووجود فروق في مجال العلاقات الإنسانية، وكذلك للدرجة الكلية للمجالات (&=003.) تعزي الجنس ولصالح الإناث. ووجود فروق في المجال الإداري، وعدم وجود فروق في المجالين الفني والعلاقات الإنسانية، وكذلك للدرجة الكلية تعزي للمؤهل العلمي ولصالح الإداريين. وعدم وجود فروق في جميع المجالات، وكذلك للدرجة الكلية تعزي للخبرة ولصالح (11 سنة فأكثر). وعلية، يمكن التوصية بعقد دورات تتعلق بمهارات تعامل وتواصل المديرين مع المجتمع المحلي.

|b This study aimed to know the degree of contribution of Jordanian universities in the evolution of the performance of school principals in the development of partnership with the local community from the perspective of managers themselves, and the impact of variables sex, educational qualification and experience, the survey method using descriptive and analytical. To answer the questions of the study, was developed tool included (35) items were distributed to the sample number of individuals (57) principals. The study showed that the degree of contribution of universities in developing the performance of managers in the administrative area was medium average (1.70), and in low areas; technical and human relations average (1.52) and (1.50) respectively. And the lack of differences in the administrative area, and the existence of differences in the field of human relations, as well as the overall grade of the areas (& = 003.) Attributed sex in favor of females. And the existence of differences in the administrative area, and the lack of differences in technical fields and human relations, as well as the overall degree of scientific attributable to qualified and in favor of administrators. And that there were no differences in all areas, as well as the overall degree attributable to the experience and in favor (11 years and above). Therefore, it can recommend the convening of courses related to the skills of managers continues to deal with the local community.
