هدف المقال إلى تناول موضوع بعنوان الإسلام وقضايا الاجتهاد والتجديد إعداد الدكتور (أحمد عبادي). وأوضح أنه منذ جيل التلقي في القرن الهجري الأول، اعتنى العلماء بقضايا الاجتهاد والتجديد، تنظيرًا وممارسة، وأن كلا المصطلحين يشير إلى عملية منهجية ومعرفية في البناء العام للعلوم الشرعية، ومواكبة النوازل والمستجدات، وتنزيل الأحكام على الوقائع الحياتية، زمانًا، ومكانًا، وأشخاصًا، وأحوالًا، وكذلك إمداد المجتمعات المسلمة بالحلول المنضبطة والأجوبة الضابطة لمختلف التحديات الفكرية والعلمية والتربوية والاقتصادية والسياسية والعسكرية وغيرها. وتطرق المقال إلى أن الناظر في تاريخ المعارف والعلوم الإسلامية يلحظ أن هذه المعارف بنيت من حيث أسس الاجتهاد على أسس متينة وقواعد أصيلة، فبرع المجتهدون في الاستمداد من النص المؤسس بعد فهم خطابه وإدراك مقاصده. كما أشار المقال إلى أنه تجدد الحديث حول استثمار العديد من المباحث الأصولية، وتفعيلها بقصد الإسهام في الإجابة عن مختلف التحديات الراهنة، من قبيل قاعدة المصلحة، وسد الذرائع وفتحها، وتحقيق المناط وتنقيحه وتخريجه، وكذلك المنهجية العلمية المبنية على الاستنباط والاستدلال من خلال رصد وضبط علاقات الكليات بجزئياتها، والكليات مع الكليات، والجزئيات مع الجزئيات في ارتباط وثيق بالظروف والملابسات الاجتماعية والثقافية المعاصرة. كما تطرق المقال إلى تقديم عدة موضوعات تناقشها "مجلة الإحياء" في ملف العدد ومنها، "روح الكون والكائنات أو جمالية المباح"، "ومراعاة الحال والمآل في الفتوى"، " والإطار المرجعي القرآني وصياغة مفاهيم النموذج الحضاري". كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The article aimed to address the subject of Islam and issues of Ijtihad and innovation prepared by Dr. (Ahmad Ebadi). He pointed out that since the generation of receipt in the first century AH, the scholars have taken care of the issues of Ijtihad and innovation, both in theory and practice. Both terms refer to a systematic and cognitive process in the general construction of Shari'ah sciences, keeping abreast of jurisprudence issues and developments, and taking judgments about the life facts, time, place, people, and cases, as well as providing Muslim communities with disciplined solutions and answers in various intellectual, scientific, educational, economic, political, military and other challenges. The article pointed out that the observer in the history of Islamic knowledge and sciences notes that this knowledge was created in terms of the foundations of Ijtihad based on solid foundations and intrinsic rules, the diligent excelled in deriving from the prepared text after understanding his speech and realizing his intentions. The article also pointed out that it discussed the investment of many fundamentalist doctrines and activating them in order to contribute to the answer to various current challenges, such as the rule of interest, prohibition of what may lead to committing sins and its permission, and the realization of the objects and their revision and explanation. In addition, the scientific methodology based on the deduction by monitoring and controlling relations of Macro and micro relationships, macro with macro, and micro with micro in a close association with contemporary social and cultural circumstances. The article also referred to several topics discussed by "the magazine of Al-Ahyaa", including "the spirit of the universe and objects or the aesthetic of the permissible", "consideration of the present and the future of the fatwa", "the Qur'anic reference framework and the formulation of concepts of the civilizational model.".
